Service was awesome. The smoothies were really good. My sandwich was good too. I liked the bread and the cheese. I thought it would be grilled for some reason but I must have been confused with the menu. I ate half the sandwich and saved the other half to eat at the airport. It not only held up well, it tasted even better. It was 1:30pm on a Monday and the place was packed! It's a well-oiled machine!

The bottom of the bowl was slightly cold so maybe the DoorDasher had it under a heater, I don't know. Either way I wasted $15 on an açaí bowl that was gross. You can see in the two pics where I tilt it and it slides easily (because it's water). This was very disappointing for my daughter and she couldn't eat any of it. I've had one delivered from tropical smoothie cafe that arrived in an edible state and was delicious. It was just as expensive as this one and half the size, but atleast it was edible and yummy. Edit: Changing from 2 stars to 3. I called the store and the manager offered to remake it for me so if that's one good, this review can be bumped up to 4-5 stars :D Edit 2: Jose took care of it for me with awesome service. Unfortunately the açaí bowl was only okay so 4 stars is as good as this review will get.

The bread is fresh, but the sandwich merely had small pieces of breaded chicken--essentially just little bites, like one would cut for a toddler. Sauce was underwhelming and surprisingly (and disappointingly) sweet. I also purchased some premade penne with marinara for dinner. Again, the marinara was very dull...and sweet. The sandwich cost $14.75, and the penne was another $11.00. There were no pizza slices, no arancini. Rather disappointing and bare. In fact, the lemon cookie I bought, which was NOT mind blowing in any sense, was the single best thing I bought there. I know good Italian deli, and yes, I have been to Sicily on several occasions. This was more like a Subway attempt at Italian food. I do not expect to go back.

The waitstaff was very nice and attentive, but with us being the only ones in there that should be standard. Our pizza was incredibly greasy, the cheese fell entirely off the slices within one bite. The chicken fingers were a little odd; they were good, but less like classic chicken tenders and more like crispy chicken patties you would use for chicken parm. Not my fav. It's alright in a pinch, but there's definitely better options.

We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and some chicken tenders. The pizza was so greasy and salty, the cheese slid off the slice and it was just an oily mess. The chicken tenders were not chicken tenders at all - they were the same style of breading used in as chicken parmigiana. Weird! They did come with complimentary french fries though which were the best part of the meal (sad, but they were good for me). I won't come back here again!
