Love going to Glazed Bytes! There's nothing there that I haven't enjoyed. The smoothies, strawberry and lavender matcha, the pizza-waffle bytes, and the sandwiches (all 10/10). Family members have tried the coffee and gave it a 4/5 (felt like it could've been sweeter). read more

Cute little cafe with seating! I ordered the tiramisu latte, less sweet and it was perfect. I would definitely get it again. Staff was super friendly and I got my drink very quickly. read more

A small modern cafe on the 2nd floor of the chestnut Hill Mall. I came on labor day to catch up with a friend and the place had a steady flow of people coming in and out. There's a few small tables to sit and enjoy a drink and a sweet treat if you'd like or just quickly grab your drink to go. They also have an online order option if you're in a rush to get errands done. I ordered a London fog and a mini chocolate croffle. The London fog is more on the milky side and has plenty of sweetness from the vanilla. They mixed up my croffle order, so I ended up getting to try both chocolate and vanilla mini croffle. It's a perfect sweet treat that pairs well with any drink. The crisp waffle has a solid crunch, while the pasty cream adds the sweetness. They also do physical stamp cards which is so nice to see and not having to worry about another digital rewards app to keep track of things. Overall, a nice place to stop if you're looking for a quick bite as they also have savory food options as well. read more

The price to quality ratio is perfect! I got the chipotle chicken grilled cheese and it was deliciously toasty and melted. The salsa that came with it to dip was delicious (wish I knew where they got it from) and chips were great too. The iced latte was a little more watery than I prefer but still good. I agree with other reviewers that the employees are super friendly! read more

Food: Is this a cafe or a restaurant? The answer is yes! The food is affordable, and there are snacks and decent sized portions of sweet too. But the flavor of a simple grilled cheese is elevated with shredded chicken, bacon, and ranch in a delicious warm bundle of yumminess and a side of chips Highly recommend! I also had their Hibiscus Passion Tea off their seasonal menu, and it's a light yummy iced tea with a hint of the floral taste not too sweet. Service: As it was our first time, we took a moment to order because we'll everything sounded so delicious (and we were right). The staff was kind and helpful. Ambiance: Piano music playing and good amount of seating this is a good spot to come grab a bite or a drink but a bit loud as comes with being in a mall for folks who don't like noise I enjoyed the vibes and music, and decor, so it worked for me. I can't wait to come back for a signature Croffle! read more

This shop inside the chestnut hill mall is very cute! The staff was so friendly and even offered me some help making my decision on what to order. I saw a couple people getting coffee and of course the infamous waffles and they looked delicious. Unfortunately I was there for a more of a meal so i ordered a grilled cheese and was pretty disappointed. I wouldn't order that again but I still had a great experience there and want to go back to try the drinks and pastry. I will hopefully return and adjust my review! read more

I'm not a huge coffee person, but as soon as I saw this place having a cookie butter latte I knew I needed to try it. It was a fantastic idea for a cold day! However, I wish it had been stirred a little more because more of the flavor was at the bottom. The baristas were very kind and got my girlfriend and I's coffees out very fast. We loved it and can't wait to be back! read more

Cool vibe and mellow place and tasty drinks -great service-banana latte was great -we also had the chai

Nice ambiance. But couldn't even get a basic latte right, and the craffle things are overpriced, taste frozen and reheated.

Solid new coffee shop that opened up inside the shops at chestnut hill. It replaced the Starbucks that closed down and it looks like the set up is kept the same. It appears that the coffee shop is a small local business that is Asian owned. Love to support. They source their coffee beans from Fazenda which is a solid local roaster (my family uses fazenda coffee beans when we make coffee drinks at home). Big fan of their cloud foam latte. It had a nice balance of creaminess and sweetness that was well balanced with the espresso. Their vanilla custard waffle is also super flavorful. Friendly staff who are super helpful. Can't wait to go back to try more of their drink and edible offerings. read more

Nice place to enjoy your coffee and nice bites. Nice decor and vibe. Prices are in line with Starbuck's, though I have to say, the cafe latte looks nice but way too watery, and it's only lukewarm, so it's a bit disappointing. It's thus more 3.5 stars rather than a true 4 stars. read more

Most delicious croffle I have ever had. Matcha latte and coffee were great as well. The Chicken grilled cheese was just so good. The service was fast and they are super friendly staff. It's got comfortable tables and a homie feel. Hands down 5/5 way better then a Starbucks or other coffee shops I have been to. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this review is not against the drinks/food they offered. The service was very nice but once we sat down, I saw a mouse run from the kitchen/counter area to the bathroom hall. I hope they fix this problem ASAP read more

Tasteful coffeeshop with hidden gem dessert on the menu. We swung by before some shopping, and got the Butterscotch latte (great iced and espresso was delish), as well as the Guatemala pour over, which was incredibly smooth. The best yet was the dessert, dark chocolate caramel croffle (croissant waffle) with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Service was excellent, first time being asked how the coffee is at a coffee shop, we will definitely be back. read more

Glazed Bytes is a small, stylish, and cute cafe tucked away inside the mall. My friend and I ordered the cloud foam latte (iced), brown sugar latte (hot), Nutella croffle, and pepperoni croffle. The cloud foam latte was simply amazing. The foam was so creamy and smooth while the slight caramel drizzle perfectly complemented it. The coffee was divine. I loved how the drink tastes sweet but does not overwhelm the fragrant taste of coffee. I thought this was one of the best coffees I have had as the blend of flavors balanced out so well! The brown sugar latte was not as impressive mainly because the brown sugar flavor sunk down on the bottom. I loved this place so much that I came back to try their pistachio latte (hot) and found that amazing as well. You can taste the pistachio flavoring, which does not overwhelm the coffee. It was a very soothing drink on a cold day. The Nutella croffle was lackluster. The texture was fine, but it was not very impactful. The ice cream that came with it was not bad but way too frozen, so it was hard trying to spoon it out to eat. I really enjoyed the pepperoni croffle, though. It was flavorful and yummy. The portions are not too big but decent for a nice snack to enjoy with your drinks. The service was also very nice. They brought the food to my table and called out our names to pick up the drinks on the side of the counter. I really enjoyed the nice and quaint ambiance of the cafe and would love to come back more often! read more

My friend recommended me this cafe to try out because he knew I missed the croffles from Korea when I was studying abroad. After returning from Korea, I haven't found a place that makes croffles the same until I came here. I got the cinnamon Caramel Croffle with icecream and avocado chipotle grilled cheese! For drinks, I got an Americano, cloud foam latte, and mango passion fruit yogurt. The cloud foam was my favorite! This place is great for catch up with friends or studying if you like a little bit of background noise. I will definitely be returning. read more

I've been coming here since it opened. The staff are great, helpful, and welcoming. The guy who's always there(I think the owner) is very nice. We've had a majority of the drinks they have to offer and they're all amazing. My favorite is the caramel cloud foam iced coffee. My girlfriend loves their passion fruit green tea. We've had a few of the food options which we really liked as well. My coworker got one of their sandwich's and loved it. The interior is tastefully done with a handful of tables. Do yourself a favor and stop by and support a local business. read more

The whole entire team here at "GLAZED BYTES" is LEGENDARY to their guests. The owners James and Lizzy are so special with their incredible cuisine and coffee drinks they make Starbucks and Dunkin look non-existent. The ambiance is absolutely amazing and comfortable. Nice music playing from above where you can still have a great conversation with friends. I drive 40 minutes to come here because it is worth it. Prices are great too. I would give " GLAZED BYTES" 10 stars if they offered it. COME DOWN!!!!!!! TEAM: HENRY AMBER VIC VICTOR WOOJIN read more

First time here and everything was wonderful! It's tucked on the 2nd level at the Shops @ Chestnut Hill. We came here grab a drink but was enticed by the menu of croffles so.. We ordered one of each category on the menu! Drinks: We got the cold brew and pistachio latte which were both great. My (cold brew) in particular was smooth. Grilled cheese: Ordered the chicken bacon ranch which was nice and crisp and great flavor. Would recommend. Croffle pizza byte: We got the avocado pesto byte which was a nice warm savory treat. Croffle and ice cream: Ordered the apple pie crisp since it's fitting for the fall season and it was delicious. The croffle was nice like crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside and it's a la mode?! Can't beat that. The apple spice was there and it wasn't overly sweet. Mini pastry croffle: Got the one with custard. The texture and flavor was the best way to end the experience here. Nice and light leaving your palate cleansed. Vibes: Cozy. Nice for a chat and laptop sessions. Owner immediately says hi to every person who walks in. Overall: Definitely coming back to try the rest. Apparently the owner likes the Avocado Chipotle chicken grilled cheese so maybe give that a try! read more

Cute little cafe in the Chestnut Hill Shops across from Frank Pepe. We got the iced matcha latte with oat milk, pumpkin spice latte with almond milk, and avocado chipotle chicken grilled cheese. The matcha latte was creamy with good matcha flavor. The pumpkin spice latte was part of their seasonal menu and also very tasty. Lastly, the grilled cheese was super crispy and warm. Would love to come back and try their croffles, which seems like the item they're most known for. Service was fast and friendly. read more

I stopped in here to grab a tea and their delicious looking menu had me ordering more. I ordered a chai latte with almond milk and an avocado grilled cheese. They were both amazing tasting and probably one of the best chais I've had. It's always a hit or miss for me when ordering a chai but they did a wonderful job. You can tell they are happy to work there and have such great spirits. Staff was kind and considerate and left me wanting to stay longer in the positive feeling space. I wish I could have stayed there longer just to relax in the booth. As I left, I ordered a vanilla croffle todo as a treat on my way home. Will definitely come back! read more

So glad this place recently opened! I was looking for a place to hang out and have a coffee, quick bite to eat, and read. There's parking nearby in a covered garage for free, and many shops in the mall. I had a pour-over which they serve in a cute glass set-up, and a savory byte, which is a croissant-waffle "croffle" with melted cheese. With everything seaoning because it's the best. Loved it! read more
