Since we did not want to do a full replacement due to the aesthetic mint green look but could not locate mint green tile, we went with a white (from Daltile). Kelly & Antonio cut out bottom two rows and border, installed new mortar bed, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, and new bright white tile. Job completed quickly on time and at a competitive price. I called to get an estimate for an urgent and unexpected repair I needed to prep my kitchen counter for painting (vintage blender was built into the counter, an electrician removed it and my tile paint guy {to his credit} said he was not qualified to fix it before he painted). I was in a jam. Mat, at Brooks Tile, emailed me almost immediately and told me he could not help me last-minute BUT he could refer a member of his crew to come over after hours and we'd deal directly with him. I got a call from his crew member very soon after, he came by to assess the job, and was able to fix it beautifully the next day. Mat even threw in the 4 x 4 tiles (about 11 of them) free to help me and his employee. Who does that nowadays? I give that commitment to assisting someone in need a 5-star rating. In 2018 I plan to tile my kitchen floor and Brooks Tile will be the first that I will contact for an estimate.

He spent almost 45 minutes at our initial meeting, taking measurements and then gently telling me the glass tile I had picked out wasn't the best choice if I wanted a really good outcome. He sent me to a great tile store and gave me a very competitive quote for the job but warned me he would have to squeeze me in between jobs he had already booked. Our first install date didn't work out because the tile was delayed. The second date available I couldn't do. It looked like we would have to wait an extra month but Nick called about two weeks later and asked if the next week would work. He was super communicative and got everything done in 2 & 1/2 days even though I added an extra couple of feet I wanted tiled and changed the color of grout when it looked like what I originally picked out wasn't going to look right. He was very understanding and took it all in stride. The end result was beyond my expectations and I'm very happy with it! Nick did a tremendous job. I would definitely recommend him and will be keeping his number just in case any future tiling projects come up. It's hard to find someone who takes pride in their work, is great with communication, and does the job for a very reasonable price, so I'm glad I found Williams Custom Tile.

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.
