Surface Pro just completed refreshing our porcelain tile kitchen floor. We just couldn't get it looking clean. Turned out the prior owners, had applied a clear coat of some sort. It was scratched, yellow and just looked bad. We had booked a cleaning service. When Surface Pro, arrived they informed us that the applied coating would need to be stripped off to obtain the results we were looking for. This was what we wanted, so we went forward. We had a new shower installed and there was an issue with our accent tile. It was a glass tile and had tiny lines/fissures through it (don't buy Lunada Bay Tile, but that's a story for another review). Of course the grout filled these tiny lines, which took away from the overall beauty of the tile work. I would recommend anyone to work with Sac Surface Pros and I cannot emphasize enough of the AMAZING WORK they did on my new home!! I have a 2365 sq. foot home within the Lennar Community in Sacramento. Sac Surface Pro sealed all my porcelain tiles on the first floor (a porcelain tile that looks like hardwood floors), three bathrooms with Petrofina countertops, granite countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom, and shower glass doors. Also, the grout on the downstairs floor is grey and the grout in the master bathroom is white - none of the grout changed in color and they look pristine. The sealant came out smooth and works efficiently against water/stains. Not to mention, that after the sealing was done all surfaces are easier to clean. The shower glass doors are now way easier to clean and the granite is even more beautiful! Coffee spills in the kitchen do not even cause me to worry and are easy to clean as well. Secondly, I even had sealant stains that accidently occurred when I tried to seal the downstairs tile by myself. The Sac Surface employees RJ and Matthew did not just seal the whole house exceptionally, but they were able to reverse the damage that I did when I tried to seal the floors by myself. I could not be happier!! I was also exceptionally nervous about sealing my floors since the home was newly built by Lennar in Oct 2020 and they made my home even more beautiful; RJ and Matthew were patient, kind, and did not exceptional job on ALL surfaces. We have a two-story home and almost the entire downstairs has large 20x20 Travertine stone tiles with small grout lines. We bought the home from a large family who didn't take very good care of the stone and it was extremely dirty! Wow! Today was a whirlwind...I just moved into a new home (Literally got the keys yesterday) and was informed it would be a good idea to seal the grout. Well, me being me. i attempted to do it on my own. Which turned out great EXCEPT I forgot to wipe it off the actual tile (Mainly, because I am a know it all and didn't read the directions) Now, if this wasn't bad enough My tile is made to look like wood so it is not silky smooth and grabbed the sealant. Overtime the grout in our tile became dingy and difficult to clean from cooking, pets and kids. I tried different products and spent hours scrubbing, hiring a housekeeper, only for marginal improvement which didn't last very long. A friend advised that I reseal the tile. Not having the time or skill I looked for a contractor and found these guys. I could not be happier. After two hours my tile looks brand new and for a fair price.
