Rudy with Hercules came out, took measurements of my foundation levels and found that my foundation had cracked in half. He explained what would be done and they gave me a fair deal. They had 8 guys come out and repaired my foundation in two days. The guys worked long hours to get it done right. Did lots of work and cleaned it up and had it back to normal before they left in two days. Great explanations of their work before and afterwards. After dealing with the most unprofessional people I have ever…read morehad to deal with, they were able to squeeze out a $500.00 discount just because they didn't like me sending in a review. On the fifth day of this three to four day job, they finally were able to almost finish the job late into the evening, resulting in me not being able to have the plumber there early to fix a pipe that they busted. ($400.00 extra). The last member of the contracted team said he would wait for the plumber to finish and he would get the hole buried. As it was already getting dark, he decided to head home and said to have the foreman call him tomorrow and he would come back out to bury the hole. I contacted the supervisor on Saturday and told him that all that was left was a large crack in the driveway that needed to be filled in and the large hole left by the crew. He said that the hole was not his problem and it needs to be filled in by the plumber and he would do nothing about the crack. It has now been over a week and I still have a large hole in the front yard and a pretty significant crack in the driveway. If you want excuses and apologies than this is definitely the company to use. If you want a professional job than I would suggest another company.

We have a large, rustic property that has very rough terrain, and we are trying to turn it into our home. We needed to create outdoor living space and correct some significant problems with drainage and elevation. Before we started work with Two Men & A Hoe, we had some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, but we thought everything about our property was either too expensive or impossible. As soon as they started work, they quickly made us realize that nothing was really impossible, and there were many solutions within our budget. October 2024 My…read morehome has a 40 yr old concrete septic tank, so bear this in mind (it's old!). I had a leak on the outlet side wall and a previous contractor tried to patch it, but it never stopped. This had been going on for some time, but steadily got worse. I was thinking I had no choice except to go ahead and bite the bullet now to replace the tank, a big job for sure. Also to note, a prior septic contractor failed about a week earlier to patch the tank, more $$ spent, so I thought hope was lost as far as repair efforts were concerned. I started calling around to get bids on tank replacement and found Rocklyn Septic Services, among a few on Angies List. I met Barron W. and right away found him competent and someone I thought I might be able to trust. Barron came out promptly and on time to inspect the tank (on a Friday). He provided hope that maybe it could be repaired. He noticed the 4" TEE was oddly positioned and cut it off. That allowed about 2" water level drop which may have helped to reduce tank water pressure above the leak. Barron then came out on Monday with some bags of concrete and was able to patch the wall successfully in less than 30 minutes. As a result, I can now wait until next spring to replace the tank if I wish as the leak is gone, grass is dry! Barron even promised if the leak returned, he would apply the cost of the repair to the tank replacement. I'm good to go for now! Barron's attention to detail, his great communication and his committment to customer service is why I will hire him for the big job next year to replace my tank. Thank you sir for your service!
