Another plus is they will keep trying to fill your Rx even if it is out of stock the first time they try; Walgreens will just forget about it and may or may not let you know they've given up. I watch a lot of customers give the pharmacy staff a hard time or just be totally oblivious & incoherent, so I think it's a miracle they manage to stay as polite as they do. I don't think I'd last a whole shift.

My experience the last 6 to 8 weeks has been a little different. We are still trying to fix the MESS of my prescriptions being out of whack and somehow there dates got messed up BUT besides that. They have newer staff, new pharmacist, etc and they are ON IT. If you leave them a message, they actually really DO call you back . And the new pharmacist there, I forgot his name, but he is really amazing and goes above and beyond to try to figure out your situation and get it fixed. I can't imagine being a new pharmacist and having to fix that mess over there but he's doing a really good job. Anyway, thought I'd let you all know. It's a different experience when you go in there. THANK GODDD! And Thank you CVS for hearing our complaints and actually FIXING the situation and getting more staff in there!! Much better experience. Oh- I almost forgot - the new staff there are VERY kind. Not like some of the past employees who would probably get fired from polishing ROCKS- because their attitude was so bad! I also like Walgreens for various beauty supplies - lipstick, mascara, lotions, shampooo and conditioner, nail files, cotton balls - all at reasonable prices. This location is not my regular store, but since the Walgreens in NE on my gym route recently closed, I stop in random Walgreens when I am out and about running errands. This location is clean, spacious, well stocked and has plenty of parking in their lot, including handicapped spots.

There were so many aisles of the store (and a large percentage of the produce department) which I was not able to get down because there were so many large things out stacked super high and wide with them restocking. And the people doing it were just glaring at me like I was the issue. It was super frustrating, especially as the store's customer foot traffic kept increasing since it was a Monday before Christmas around the 8am hour. I appreciate coupons but their machines do not want to accept anything. I always feel like I have to watch the register like a hawk and use the self check when I am able so I can watch and make certain I get the price they listed. This store seems to be arranged very differently to the other stores so it was a challenge to find things.

However you cannot purchase the replacement roller or filter if you need too. It's a one time use. I contacted Dreame and they do not have any replacement parts that you can purchase. They also lock the doors before posted business hours, without any explanation or warning. There is no point in operating a business if you are not going to switch things up on a whim, especially when this is a corporate company. I asked several employees to show me where (a sign, a website , etc.) they have specified that the store closes 5-10 minutes early, and none of them could. One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. I understand wanting to get home, but there is a better way to go about doing things. If the store is going to close early, the hours that are posted should reflect this.
