I have had to go days without medication due to their poor communication and how slow they are. the staff is friendly, but it's concerning how they operate so carelessly.

The location in Sandy is pretty nice, maybe because it isn't that old and they have done the store with the Sandy Theme, which looks sort of like a mountain lodge wannabe. My sister was looking for Oregon t-shirts to take back home, but we couldn't find any that were not too expensive for what they were, or would be.. the shirt you end up wearing while you wait for the rest of your laundry. I suggested Walgreens, not remembering the prices, but score, they had an end-cap with plenty to choose from. I think she got 3 shirts for $12. So, it was a good day and we walked out with shirts, beer and snacks. Walgreens is so much more than a drug dispensary, if you know what you are looking for. It is kind of cool that each one seems to carry team logos for whatever high school they are close to. Another way to score an inexpensive shirt with your high school name on it, so you have something to wear while you do laundry.

Inexplicably one Walgreens store said it had to be ordered and then didn't order it and didn't tell me it wasn't ordered!! So this is my only business with this Walgreens so far, but I was impressed.

I would respond to the surveys and share the facts of each encounter. In the following months, it was a complete "turn over" - and I am not claiming that to be b/c of my input, but it was an obvious and more then welcomed change. I have since remained with this location, I enjoy picking up scripts and one of the pharmacist, Shelley, is a truly wonderful person. I adore and appreciate her. She always asks questions and genuinely cares. Same as some of the other, newer, staff too. I would recommend this pharmacy!! I also Love the text notifications when things are ready! Lastly, if you do have to/need to call, they are NICE to you over the phone and help resolve and issue/concerns. 5 stars&above!

Well I DO feel like I need to update my review for CVS pharmacy in clackamas. I was in a total…read morerage before because they were so incredibly screwed up and had a staff that was complete lack of knowledge and they just didn't have enough people. My experience the last 6 to 8 weeks has been a little different. We are still trying to fix the MESS of my prescriptions being out of whack and somehow there dates got messed up BUT besides that. They have newer staff, new pharmacist, etc and they are ON IT. If you leave them a message, they actually really DO call you back . And the new pharmacist there, I forgot his name, but he is really amazing and goes above and beyond to try to figure out your situation and get it fixed. I can't imagine being a new pharmacist and having to fix that mess over there but he's doing a really good job. Anyway, thought I'd let you all know. It's a different experience when you go in there. THANK GODDD! And Thank you CVS for hearing our complaints and actually FIXING the situation and getting more staff in there!! Much better experience. Oh- I almost forgot - the new staff there are VERY kind. Not like some of the past employees who would probably get fired from polishing ROCKS- because their attitude was so bad! Thank God that one didn't last very long.
