Strangely, this is the best sushi in Covington and Maple Valley. It's fresh, good quality, and prepared correctly.

This place is pretty amazing! Definitely for special occasions, date nights, birthdays,…read moreanniversaries, etc. Plan to spend about 90 min eating here. You may be seated with another party (8 max per table from what I can see). They like to fill the table. Reservations make it easier for them to plan I bet. The food was top notch!!! I had steak and chicken. My bestie had the salmon. The veggies were perfectly cooked. Flavors are wonderful! Here's some things you may want to know: Chairs aren't the most comfortable (probably can hold up to 350 lbs). Air blows on your food if sitting on one of the ends (from the vent hood). This cooled down my food faster than I would have liked. Good thing I'm a fast eater! The entertainment was excellent! Tip well ok? :) It's a lot of food! You will be full. If ordering salmon, the finish it off with a teriyaki sauce. If you know ahead of time you can skip that if you'd like. I came with a shellfish allergy and they were very accommodating!!! They cooked my steak and chicken before any shellfish went on the grill. I appreciated that very much. All in all, this was a great experience and family friendly for all ages.
