Country Cobbler (Cherry) a la mode!
    Mari B.

This place is always good and provides awesome customer service! Stopped in for lunch and always delicious! Started with warm biscuits and butter. Split a house salad (good portion) and fresh ingredients. Split the Clubhouse Club with fries! Clubhouse Club was great and lots of meat in it. Fries are good too. Our little was a fan of the hotdog! Always a great place to grab lunch or dinner!

Very tasty country fried chicken breast covered in white gravy as well as mashed potatoes covered with gravy. So tasty. Needed a little salt, usually never salt anything but this needed some help.

There is ample parking and the restaurant is very accessible. The facilities are clean, comfortable and conducive to conversations. The staff is friendly and professional. The portions are generous and fairly priced. The cocktails are well made and not expensive. The food was flavorful and well cooked. This one checked all the boxes and didn't break the bank. The atmosphere isn't flashy but it was cozy.

This is a really solid, locally owned place. Food is good and the service is excellent. My favorite thing is that they grill over hickory. Imparts such a delicious smoke flavor. The seating is super comfy. Mostly booths with a few larger tables in the center. Spotlessly clean as well. Highly recommended.

    Steak cooked rare and perfect

Awesome ribeye cooked to perfection. Finally not overcooked! Cream Spanish was outstanding. Thank you

Franklin Chop house was a pleasant surprise. It's a staple in Franklin for locals, so I had to try it out while I was in town. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and checked on us throughout our whole experience. She made sure our glasses stayed full and any extra dishes were cleared right away. She brought us biscuits and butter to start us off. Those biscuits were highly addictive, I ended up eating them all I didn't mean to - I just couldn't stop. I ordered sweet tea and the blackened chicken Alfredo. Let me tell you, that blackened chicken Alfredo was so delicious. It came with garlic toast. I basically licked my plate clean. That's how good it was. The blackened chicken was seasoned to perfection and cooked just right. The alfredo was very creamy and packed with flavors. It's reasonably priced for the amount of food that you get, and they have lunch specials and different daily specials . They keep their restaurant clean, and the inside of their restaurant is decorated kind of old school with the history of Franklin as part of their decor. There is plenty of parking and is easy to find with it being off of a main road. Overall, it was a good experience, and if I'm in this area again, I am putting it on my stop by list.

Always get to go prime rib on Friday or Saturday from chop house and it's the best in town. Asked for rare and they delivered as always! Love how through and amazing everyone one is with preparing your food!

The steak sandwich is served on a ciabatta roll. It has Filet mignon, Gruyere cheese, grilled red pepper & onions, garlic mayo, and creamy horseradish. The house salad has Romaine, arcadia blend, heirloom cherry tomatoes, carrot ribbons, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic croutons, and watermelon radishes (which are an added bonus because they aren't in salads I've ordered at other places. ) The house roasted jalapeno honey vinaigrette put this salad over the top. I was hesitant to order, by the name of it. I thought it may be too spicy, but it's not spicy at all. It has the best flavor, and I have to admit I order the salad sometimes just because I have such a craving for that yummy dressing. I've never had anything like it, anywhere else. The grilled cheese sandwich is different too. It's served on Challah bread with garlic butter. It has bacon, roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and avocado. I wouldn't normally order a grilled cheese at restaurants, but I look forward to eating this one! My friend ordered the garlic bread appetizer for us, which was good too. It was Sourdough bread with garlic, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. It was served with house-made marinara. The marinara made me wish I had more of it and some pasta to serve it on. We finished our meal off with crème brûlée. Yum! I've never ordered anything at this place, and it not be delicious. I hope I can eventually venture out on the menu, because I'm sure every item I try will not disappoint. To add, if you want really good service in a very nice atmosphere, go here.

This was the email I sent: "Two friends and I had a 7:15 PM reservation at Culaccino on January 10. Our server was Lee. Things started out fine, but we found ourselves quickly being subjected to Lee's somewhat aggressive approach to service. He honestly was the least personable server I've ever experienced, and had a very condescending manner. A misunderstanding occurred on my friend's order. She was brought a dish with pork in it, which was not what she ordered. Mistakes happen, but Lee was not at ALL nice or accommodating about it, laying the blame on her, and bringing it up multiple times during our meal, with a snarky and resentful undertone. After we paid, he walked up, dropped our checks, and walked away without a word. It was the first time in my life I've ever been tempted to leave zero tip. My conscience for some reason would not allow me to follow through on this, but it was as undeserved as any gratuity I've ever left. We wanted dessert, but we ended up going elsewhere due to how we'd been treated. We also had no clue we would be charged $6 a person for water! Perhaps something that could be mentioned during the ordering process. I've honestly never had a more disappointing dining experience. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant and had hoped to come back for a date night, but our experience left such a bad impression, I can't imagine spending additional money here. I'm not sure if other diners have had this experience with Lee, but we certainly did not feel welcome or valued as customers and felt it was important to make you aware." The food was fine, but most dishes needed salt- so basic. The lack of response from management, however, really says everything one needs to know about Culaccino. I'd truly recommend spending your dining dollars elsewhere.

Much like the appetizers, for our mains, it was a taste of the land and a taste of the sea. My brother delicately inhaled his salmon, while my mother and I carved away at our hulking pork chops, taking 90% home as we were at this point very full of deviled eggs. The atmosphere is reminiscent of steakhouses gone by. They haven't fallen victim to anything shtick-y, which I find refreshing. Wait people are efficient and helpful. Started with a split salad. We ordered the Little Gem but actually received the Caesar. Not a big deal, though it was badly over dressed, so whatever salad we order (or whatever we're served) in the future, it'll be dressing on the side. After having a tough time deciding what to order on our first visit, I went with the tuna. The tuna slices were nicely rare though the dish was very bland. A pop of pickled ginger on the side, but some wasabi, or even a hit of salt, would have helped a lot, and the dipping sauce was off and bland, could have really used some more soy sauce. Wife got the crab cakes. The cakes were really nice jumbo lumps, very good quality, and the shoestring fries delightful (though I might order them well done next time for a bit of extra crunch). We'll be back and will enjoy exploring the menu further. There's clearly 5 star potential here, we just need to learn the best dishes to order.
