I brought my truck to them after an accident, because they were one of the only dealerships that had the proper equipment to work on aluminum bodies. The truck was hit from the side with minor body damage and the airbags went off. Not only did they botch all of the work they did, but they damaged things that weren't broken to begin with (MANY of THEM). It was a nightmare getting the insurance to finally pay the supplement for a private body shop to fix all of their shoddy work. Clearly the dealership has people across all departments that take zero pride in their work and there is no quality control. A service technician worked on the truck, body technician worked on the exterior, each of which did a horrible job, and then no one ever looked at any of the work before they gave me the truck back. Unfortunately I picked up the truck on a busy Friday night and I wasn't able to look the vehicle over until the next day. Even though the dealership was aware that I had to bring the truck someplace else to be repaired and the insurance company contacted them about the supplement no one at Framingham Ford bothered to contact me. I've had an ongoing issue with the truck vibrating on the highway, that started after the accident, that I contacted Ford corporate about. They told me that I needed to go back to Framingham Ford to have them repair it, because they were the ones that originally did the repairs. I begrudgingly eventually agreed, only to be called back shortly thereafter by Ford Corporate to tell me that Framingham Ford wouldn't work on the truck. I've been trying to get this fixed for 8 months. If you are thinking about shelling out 50k plus for a truck, you may want to reconsider. The truck has been to four different shops for a total 6 times in one year and it still has two ongoing issues. Ford Corporate has proven to be useless, and is the most incompetent organization that I have ever dealt with. Below is a list of issues after picking up my truck from Framingham Ford(The truck was only 5 months old) List of issues: The truck pulls to the right. When you hold the wheel so the truck drives strait the wheel is approximately 10 degrees off to the left. Key lock is missing from rear bumper. The plastic molding that covers up the left rear bolt for the driver's seat is cracked. I found this random part under the driver's seat - hopefully it's nothing important. There is a hole punctured in the side of the upper part of the brand new passenger's seat. Maybe the person working on it was so disgusted with how it came out that they stabbed it? Besides having a hole in it there are creases everywhere and the side bolsters feel like you could rip them off they are so lose. The outside of the seat (where the side airbag deploys from) has creases in it and the leather isn't tucked in on the rear of the plastic on the left side where the headrest meets the leather. On the rear of the seat there is something protruding that is just above where the top of the pocket starts. It's not coming through the leather, but when you run your hand along it there is a bump. There is the same thing on the driver's side, but not as pronounced. Drivers side seat cover needs to be adjusted. This is hard to see in the photos and it's not as bad as the passengers, but it feels loose in places and isn't how it was from the factory. On the driver's outside rear seat bracket the plastic is scraped up on the molding. (Instead of removing the rear seat they wedged something in there to get the molding back on.). There is black paint and residue all over the brand new front bumper. There is grease on the grab handle on the front passenger's side. There is grease on the grab handle on the rear passenger's side as well. There is grease on the passenger's side visor. Gap between quarter panel & tail gate taken a couple of inches from the top of tailgate (drivers): 5.78 mm. Gap between quarter panel & tail gate taken a couple of inches from the top of tailgate (passengers): 3.59 mm. Gap between drivers side tail light and tailgate is off. (see photo with quarter) Gap between drivers side tail light and rear quarter panel is off. (see photo with quarter) Gap between quarter panel and rear bumper is off: 25.25 mm on driver's side and 20 mm on the passenger's side. Bumper isn't level: I was not able to confirm this, but it looks like the driver's side of the bumper is elevated higher than the passenger's side. The gap from where the bottom of the truck bed aligns with the top of the bumper is off. (Assuming this has to do with #6 ) They took the dealership emblem off (From Jannell Ford) and left the residue on the truck. There was absolutely no reason to take this off. Where the bottom of the rear bumper matches up to the plastic on the bumper isn't even on each side. There is more, but I hit the character limit! read more

I had a great experience at Framingham Ford buying my new 2013 Ford Escape. I worked with Brian McNulty whose service and expertise was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and, most importantly, he spared me that are-you-buying-this-car-or-what attitude that I tended to notice at other dealerships. I came in knowing what I wanted and, when checking out the car that I now own, Brian showed me some great features and, very clearly, stated what was included and not-included. There were none of these sheisty tricks that we've all come to expect from dealerships and I feel confident that I made a solid purchase without being pushed into something I didn't want/need. The dealership itself is nice. It's large, clean and they have a decent variety of models and trims (I, of course, was only looking at the Escape, but I could see that they had a good inventory). Inside, right as you walk in and up those first steps, there is a front desk where they were eager to make sure you're being helped and that you reach the person with whom you're doing business. I noticed them offering the same treatment to other customers, constantly offering coffee or a place to sit in the sales-floor waiting area (TV, comfortable chairs, reading material, etc... you could really do a lot worse). When I had made my decision to purchase the vehicle, we worked out a fair price and Brian was very happy to work out different purchase scenarios for me so that I could make the decision whether to buy or lease and eventually how much I would finance. That was on Monday (Memorial Day) and when I came back on Wednesday afternoon, I worked with Brian and another gentleman (a great, personable fella whose name, most unfortunately, alludes me at the moment) to figure out whether I would go with Ford Credit or TD Bank. We worked out the details and I ended up going with Ford. When the gentleman began discussing warranties, like Brian, there were no pushes or sales pitches or guilt trips, I just said, 'Ehh, I'm all set,' and we moved forward, discussed the joys of cooking among other things, shook hands, and I went on my way, the proud owner of a new Ford Escape. When it came time to take my car, Brian hopped into the car with me and showed me how to use Ford Sync. I've read a lot of reviews on Ford Sync and it seems like people hate it and/or cannot figure it out, yet I am absolutely loving it and making full use of it thanks to Brian's help. He set up my phone, my iPod and showed me how to verbally program the navigation. I imagine those negative reviews of Ford Sync have a lot to do with the other dealerships just sending people out the door without taking the time to show their customers how these functions work, so I definitely appreciate the rundown I was given. Also, another note... young, stupid, and too excited about my new car to think straight, I had forgotten the title for my trade-in at home in Watertown. When I realized this and told Brian, it was not a big deal at all and I was able to take my new car for its maiden voyage to grab my title and bring it back. Overall, the service was excellent, the place was nice, and the car is amazing. I would definitely recommend Framingham Ford for buying a car. We were shopping for a vehicle to replace one that was totaled in an accident, and had spent the day browsing at a few places (online and in person) before we checked out Framingham Ford. There was a truck event happening during our visit, with a local radio station onsite and free hot dogs offered to customers. As soon as we stepped on the lot, Chris Uhl approached us and introduced himself. When he heard we were just browsing, he gave us directions to navigate the inventory, and handed us his card so that we could ask for him if we had any questions later. Then, he left us alone - free to browse in private. This was excellent, as it allowed us to take a peek at what was available. When we located a car that we were interested in, we went looking for him and he helped us set up a test drive. Chris was great about explaining the benefits of the car, and helped arrange a route that would allow ample testing of the car's performance. Again, in a no pressure and friendly manner, Chris helped us look into pricing on the vehicle, and tirelessly worked between us and the Finance Manager to negotiate a deal that worked for us, leaving us alone and allowing us plenty of time to ourselves to discuss our thoughts during the process. We were not expecting to find a car so quickly, but Chris helped make this happen for us that day - we signed the paperwork, and were able to pick the car up within a couple of days. Chris communicated over email to help facilitate the pickup appointment, and helped ensure everything with our Insurance was all set, too. When we arrived for pickup of the car, Chris was waiting outside for us, and promptly provided a tutorial on the car's features and technology. I have to say for anyone looking to buy a vehicle should stop by Framingham Ford, they have a great selection of New Fords and Lincoln's of every style and model and a great selection of used cars. Now I know everyone hates cars shopping including myself, this was my second visit to Framingham Ford within 9 years as I tend to keep them till they aren't fit for the road anymore. Each time I was represented with the up most respectable sales person, in this shopping experience it was Chris Uhl, he genuinely care about what my needs and wants were and took the time to show me several models of the Ford Fusion Hybrid, he took the time to explain the different between Hybrid, Electric or the Standard models, he certainly made my purchase very easy as he had a great sense of humor and easy going attitude and he fought to get the best trade-in value for my trade-in. The owner of Framingham Ford; Mr. Chase is also very down to earth person and genuinely caring person as he spoke to me both times when I purchasing my vehicles as to what I was looking for, my needs and wants and suggested a few options for me to look at. I am a very happy Framingham Ford customer, and I recommend Joey Harrington in sales. I was truly surprised to see the number of negative reviews on this sight because my entire experience was a very positive one. Joey Harrington was a true professional, with no pressure, and complete patience. I handled the entire purchase process on my own (without my husband being involved) and was treated with nothing but respect and courtesy. Whatever the history may be, it seems that the current sales force is professional, courteous, and responsive to their customers needs. I ordered a new 2014 Explorer from the factory and Joey and the sales manager made the process easy and fun. The price negotiation was actually pleasant, and I received a fair price (the one I wanted) without a lot of back and forth. After I signed, I was asked to meet with another manager. My initial thought was, "great, here comes another sales pitch," but I was wrong. The manager extended his hand with a smile and said, "Thank you for purchasing from Framingham Ford, please know we're here if you need anything." It was a nice gesture, and I like the official nod of appreciation. Recently purchased a brand new F150 from Framingham Ford and the experience could not have been any better. I did my homework on the truck I wanted, visited other dealerships (who doesn't while comparative shopping?) and had the intentions to purchase from Framingham Ford seeing that I purchased another truck there a few years ago from Jerry F. without any hassle or high-pressured sales tactics. Those are the main reasons I returned to Framingham Ford. I can say this much, after having walked into the showrooms of other dealerships and actually having to FIND a salesperson that wasn't on his/her cigarette break or dealing with Jimmy NewSalesGuy whose last job was at Home Depot, the sales experience at Framingham Ford was excellent. Like many others, I don't have time for the B.S. It is true that every dealership has to play the negotiation game to some degree and that appears to be inherent in the whole vehicle-buying process. However, I believe it's the salesperson that makes you comfortable and provides the opportunity for him/herself to gain future referrals and lifetime customers. I have read the reviews posted here and have to scratch my head. I have limited experience with Framingham Ford's service department but I hope it would be just as favorable as my dealings with the sales personnel, especially Jerry F, Steve and Jason. I would give this dealer less stars if I could. My wife bought a tire warranty from them and after this horrible winter she hit a Pot hole and explained this to the dealership. They would not replace the tire and when she called they stated that the tech must have put the cause in wrong and it said she hit a curb. She also put her car into the dealership for a 730 am appointment to be fixed and the dealership didn't call my wife till 430 and stated the car was not ready and won't be till the next day and that she would have to pay for the tire. I find this dealership to be shady and they treat women horribly. I called asked them why the confusion and they stated their techs must have mis wrote the cause on the statement. That they do it all the time was the explanation given. It seems that Framingham ford does not deal well with women and that if they are not making money by honoring the warranty that will be find some way to make the customer pay by shady practices. I knew that in the past that this dealership had a horrible reputation I thought they changed it seems that they are still doing horrible things to their customers.. I have never posted before here or any where before , I am shocked at the customer service and had to post something after Framingham ford bullied my wife and the serious poor customer service . read more

"Who Knew" I do tend to change my car/truck on a somewhat of a regular basis, and I have to say I dread the process. In searching for my latest Truck, I just happened on Framingham Ford, not really expecting to actually do business I went there to look at the color of the truck I wanted in person. I was pleasantly surprised by the low key, no pressure approach that I was greeted with by my salesperson Joseph Harrington. After several minutes standing in the rain and with no drama, we were out for a test drive in the truck. Unlike other dealers in the Boston area, after Framingham Ford evaluated my Trade, they promptly returned my Keys and registration to me rather than holding them hostage so you can't leave their showroom. [yes, that is a pain in the rear used by many car dealers to keep you in their showroom] Although we did not close the deal there and then, both Joey and the sales manager put me under no "immense" pressure to buy the truck that day, but did offer me the keys again for a second test drive. After a little bantering back and forth via text message I eventually purchased the truck. The delivery process was seamless and fast, maybe 30 minutes tops. My boyfriend and I just bought vehicles there. A used f250 for my boyfriend and a new mustang for myself. Overall it was a pleasant and painless experience. Everyone was very nice especially the girls at the front desk. This was my first experience buying a car, they made it an easy simple transaction and I feel I got a good deal. They had to get the car from out of state and despite it being the week of thanksgiving, I was able to pick up my new stang the morning of Black Friday. Some of the staff was more knowledgable than others, which is to be expected. Joey Harrington and joe hybergher where great and both helpful. My boyfriend on the other hand didn't have as easy a time as I did unfortunately. There was a crack in the windshield which they told him would pass inspection and have him paperwork stating that, but when he went to get his sticker, the gentleman at the repair shop said they never should have told him that because that would never pass inspection due to the crack being in the wiper zone. He now has the replace the windshield. In addition the brakes are now squeaky as well... Both of these issues should have been taken care of before they had him pick up the truck. But except the those issues with the truck it's was overall a good experience for the both of us. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Framingham Ford. I bought a Ford Flex Limited last week. The attention I received from Framingham Ford was second to none. All the people I dealt with were great, from the receptionist to the gentleman who sold me the car, Brian McNulty. The transaction was started via e-mail I contacted various dealerships and Framingham Ford was very responsive, helpful, and willing to do what it took to make what I thought was a very fair deal. I took a test drive with a new sales employee, James, who couldn't have been nicer and supplied me with any information I was needing. Finally, Brian, was great. He took his time explaining the various features of the car to me. For someone not experienced with the "Ford Touch" system, having someone take the time to go though it was extremely helpful. Brian sync'd up my phone as well. Finally, I love the car. It drives like a dream and the technology inside is awesome. I can listen to audiobooks off my ipod, songs via bluetooth from my Android phone, Sirius, etc.... read more

I purchased a used Toyota from Bob Quinton at Framingham Ford in July 2016. The whole process was lower pressure and as seamless as could be. They had a decidedly more personal touch than the mega chain dealers. Bob was very patient and accommodating. We came to an agreement for a fair price on Sunday. I went back Tuesday morning and Bob and I drove to my wife's office to show her the car. After my wife gave the car a thumbs up I went through the paperwork with the Business Manager who was also pleasant and competent. Bob put the car through the shop Tuesday to fix a minor issue with the brakes. When I came back the car wasn't ready because of a fax issue with my insurance company. I settled into the comfortable showroom and got some work done on the complimentary wifi. I drove the car home Tuesday night as promised. In 2001 I bought my Ford Focus Wagon and during the past eleven years I had my Focus serviced regularly. It was only natural that I went to Framingham Ford to buy my new 2012 Ford Focus. I knew I was going to get good, courteous service and I was not disappointed. . I had called ahead prior to my visit to make an appointment with Joe Haberger. I knew , that althought I hadn't purchased the Wagon through Joe, he had made it a point to help me through the service appointments and I also knew he was the sales person that would help me with a very serious purchase. I was not wrong. From my inquiry through the day I picked up my new car, Joe was there to answer questions....even on his day off! The other people I encountered during my week of visits and negotiations were just as polite and helpful. Went there looking for a per owned ford excape .my sales man Brian Mcnulty let me test drive three excapes . Not the quick around the block ride. We check each one out .they were all good but I was looking for a v6 .there was one more on the lot but was more than I wanted to spend .Brian said let take it for a spin and use it to compare it to the others and maybe it will help me make a choice . This car had everthing and I liked the color but he said it was not certified pre owned . It had to be certified for me to buy . So we went in to look at what was coming in. Bought a CPO 2016 Ford Fusion from Framingham Ford in December 2016 with Michael Carroll as my sales contact. He was very professional, knowledgable, respectful and a very low pressure salesman. I would definitely recommend him to future customers. The reason for the ding in rating was due to the financing process. Where every other part of the car buying process was smooth, low pressure, and pleasant, as soon as we walked into the finance managers office, we were jumped with extra warranty packages, financing options that were not what we were really looking for, and constantly told that any of the things we wanted to look into were unnecessary and not worth our time. We got through the financing manager, but the experience was definitely a stark contrast to the rest of our experience with Framingham Ford. read more

I just purchased a new car here and cannot say enough about my super positive experience. I don't buy cars very often and approach the entire process with trepidation. However, the salesman I dealt with, Joe Haberger, is the most wonderful person. It is like talking to your grandfather or favorite uncle. He is honest, knowledgable, and goes the extra mile. He followed up repeatedly after ordering, and then after delivery to make sure everything was OK and we were satisfied. I was in the market for a new SUV when I stumbled upon Framingham Ford. I found what I wanted in the new Ford Explorer. As a mother, I still wanted to look cool on the highway but needed to be functional. I stopped in on Saturday and worked with Sales Rep Brian M. I did have a budget but thanks to the end of the year specials, Brian and his manager, Steven Albano, were able to give me a fair amount for my trade and a few incentives and rebates. I usually despise the car shopping process but this one was actually pleasant. I did not have to wait all day, they had an SUV I liked, and the paperwork was seamless. I had the good fortune to work with Jerry Fehily (ask for him - you won't regret it!). He was always truthful, extremely knowledgeable in the products and differences, listened to our needs and matched us up with an excellent vehicle to match our needs. After we completed our research, test drives everywhere, experienced some bizarre behaviors at other dealerships we came back to Jerry. When the vehicle was delivered we had to tell him (and the leadership) about how dealing with Jerry was like dealing with a car salesman from back in the 50's, where he knew the product inside and out, knew you and your family and never strayed from the truth. I recently purchased a used Volkswagon at Framingham Ford. I worked with Walker Bolin and it was an exceptionally easy and smooth process. I viewed the cars on cars.com and immediately called and placed a deposit on the car. A few days later I arrived at the dealership with only 2 hours of time to test drive and purchase the car. They got me in and out in 1.5 hours, Jason the finance manager was also easy to deal with and beat the rate that I had received on my own from bank of america! I had come in to the dealership with an idea that I would buy another Explorer, but after test driving one, and also test driving an Edge, I felt more at ease in the Edge.
