Framework Construction remodeled the landscaping in our backyard. It included reconstruction of 2 patios, constructed with pavers; replacement of a retaining wall; and construction of a new firepit. The workmanship was high quality, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and the cost was comparable with other estimates we received. We found Framework through their ad in a home improvement mailer, and were uncertain about the quality of the work we could expect. However, we viewed several of their projects in person, and found them quite satisfactory. The customer reviews we read were overwhelmingly favorable. The contracting process was formalized, including a signed contract, an itemized scope of work, a payment schedule, and a defined dispute resolution process. Changes to the original scope were documented in a written change order. Kobi was our project manager, and was excellent. He was diligent, followed the project closely, communicated effectively, and was responsive to issues and decisions that arose during construction. He was cautious about making design decisions, and was always asking what we wanted. When we didn't know what we wanted, he would offer the pros and cons of the options. Kobi purposely estimated a conservative project duration of 8 weeks, and the work was completed in 5 weeks. Our construction team was supervised by Mauricio, and included Valentin, Victor, and Augustin. The latter 3 worked every day, and were skilled at many tasks. They took pride in their work, which resulted in a high quality outcome. The most challenging issue we encountered during the project was the language barrier. The formal line of communication was from us to Kobi, Kobi to Mauricio, and Mauricio to the crew. This was not a problem. However, there were some issues that arose (e.g. size and positioning of stepping stones) for which the workers needed an immediate answer. Fortunately, my wife spoke Spanish, and could communicate with the crew. This was extremely beneficial. Had we always needed to wait to communicate through the formal line of communication, the project would have taken a longer time to complete. In summary, we were very pleased with both the process and the result of our landscape remodeling project. read more

As someone who has struggled with house projects and finding reliable contractors, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your hard-earned money. That's why I wanted to share my five-star review of Ariel and his company, Framework Construction & Remodeling. They recently helped me build a retaining wall in my backyard on a challenging hillside, and I could not be happier with the results. From the start, Ariel impressed me with his professionalism and willingness to work with me on negotiating the quote. He gave me extra value and was always willing to ensure I was happy with the project. Throughout the process, he and his team went above and beyond to deliver what I expected and more. During the project, Ariel and his team worked with great attention to detail and care, ensuring everything was done right. They kept the work area clean and tidy, putting plastic below the sand and cement and washing the patio every time they finished working for the day. The retaining wall they built looks great, and it is clear that they worked with skill and professionalism to achieve the final result. Ariel was also attentive to our needs and preferences, and he always tried his best to keep my family and me happy throughout the project. I highly recommend Ariel and his team at Framework Construction & Remodeling, and I am already working with them on my second project, a Paver project. I will be sure to update you all once it is completed, but I do not doubt that it will be just as great as the retaining wall project. Overall, if you are looking for a professional and reliable construction and remodeling company, look no further than Ariel and his team at Framework Construction & Remodeling. They indeed went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

I contacted Framework Construction about a drainage issue in the back of my house. It is a large lot with an expansive scope to the project. The two other companies I contacted either had short cut solutions to the problem (which would have cost me more in the long run) or ideas to fix it that were not as comprehensive as the reps from Framework. My contact, Jonathan, was knowledgeable about the potential damage to my home the issue was causing as well as a variety of possible solutions. Once hired, their work was quick, accommodating and thorough. Everything was first class! They left the area clean at the end of each day. They communicated what they were doing and what they needed from me. They were also flexible with what I required. Despite finding extra unforeseen problems in the middle of the project, they didn't gouge me by elevating the price when the job was half done. They did the work and stayed true to their word. We have other project that we will be doing at the house in the future and will definitely give Framework a call. read more

Just finished an entire remodel of my kitchen. We've had a couple other contractors come by and give us a quote and decided to go with Framework Construction & Remodeling. Price went a little higher than I expected because we had to update all plumbing/electricity, knock down a wall, and replace the old vinyl wood flooring in most of the house. It was hard not having a working kitchen for the time being but the overall project took less than two months. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob, Eeden, Eli, William and his crew. Communication was a bit of a concern but was able to complete the project without too many mishaps and misunderstandings. They (Jacob and Eeden) were hands-on with the entire remodeling and they were able to add small additions I wanted along the way without any issues. Thank you all again for giving me my dream kitchen! read more
