After few estimates I called framework construction. Reggie came out and showed me exactly what I wanted and needed. I really loved the energy with Reggie and he was very patient with me and my wife. They made our backyard a dream come true New pavers , outdoor bbq kitchen and a patio. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. Matter of fact I already did. 5 stars all the way Thank you very much read more

Framework construction just wrapped up a job to finish off paving my backyard, which was previously about 50% pavers and the other 50% old concrete. We just had our first big rain of the season and it was great to see that all the water was properly draining and not puddling against the stucco like it used to! The team did an awesome job matching the work from the previous paver job, you'd never know it wasn't all done at the same time. Our primary point of contact Roy did a great job coordinating everything and we're very happy with the results. Check out that custom 2-step made out of pavers - nicely done. Thank you! read more

Project manager Kobi H. was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Workers were fast and efficient. My home was left clean after they finished the job. The Job was fairly priced. Would be happy to call them for any job in the future. read more

We had Framework do a pretty large job with many different components. I would have given 3 stars for some of the poor work that some of their workers did, but I gave 4 stars because Adam was very good about fixing any problems and the other workers did good work. Yes, it was annoying and time-consuming to deal with, but Adam corrected the issues and the work ended up being good. read more

Love our new outdoor kitchen! Marco and his crew are the best!! He takes great care with all of his work as he says he wants what he does to represent him in a positive way. It certainly does! Roy stayed in timely contact with us throughout the process. Thanks everyone! read more

I hired Framework after another contractor dropped the ball- wish I went with them all along! They were super responsive and showed up every day EARLY. There was a lot of attention to detail and every member of the crew was highly experienced and a hard worker. They also had the best prices- I did A LOT of shopping around. Don't waste your time with anyone else! read more

My family is currently in escrow for a home, and given the crazy market we are in, we did not have much time to scramble and find construction companies for inspections. Framework was absolutely amazing answering our call, and they were able to come out in such a short timeline to help put our concerns at ease. Adam came on site, and was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was able to give us the background knowledge we needed--from a leaning retaining wall we were worried about, to a newly installed deck and detached garage roof that needed work. They were able to whip up a quote, estimated timeline, and report no problem. I could not thank them enough! read more

Re-doing a driveway is a big investment, so I did a lot of research and had several bids. Framework Construction wasn't the least expensive, but I made the right choice in trusting them. Michael was the project manager, an honest man who is attentive to every detail. The men on the team of Luis, Jesus and Felipe are among the hardest workers I've ever seen. They started at 7 am and worked until they lost light, without a break. Jesus is such a leader and cares deeply about getting the job done well. He is amazing! The entire neighborhood has commented on how great the driveway looks and are amazed at how quickly it was done. read more

We hired them to pave our driveway and we are happy with it. There were situations where we didn't like how the border look or how it was paved around the pillar. The crew took our feedback and corrected it immediately. They were easy to work with and definitely recommended. read more

During the recent storms some water leaked into my ADU. I contacted Framework to come assess the cause of the issue and get a quote for waterproofing and leak/flood prevention. My friend had used them prior for a similar issue and was happy with their work. I called Tom Davidson and he was quick to come out, give an assessment, and provide a list of possible solutions. He noted which solutions from the list he thought were highest priority/impact and then identified the additional pieces of work we could do but that were not critical if we chose not to do those additional tasks. I appreciated the options he gave since it allows people to work within a budget range. My husband and I approved the pieces of work we wanted and Tom's crew was able to start work a few days later. The process was so smooth - especially compared to other companies' work crews I had prior experience with. Tom's team kept a clean worksite, they were receptive when I relayed some tweaks I wanted done, and they communicated early when they noticed an additional issue none of us were aware of until they had opened up the pavers near my ADU structure. When that issue did arise, Tom contacted me that same day to discuss course of action and we were able to agree on the additional work that was needed. Tom was an active project manager and came throughout the project to ensure the work was progressing and was completed properly. He was also communicative through texts and calls when need. I am very happy with the work the team did and I would recommend them to my friends. read more

We reached out to Framework after we quickly realized the initial contractors we hired weren't qualified to complete all the work we needed done with our backyard / pool remodel. After meeting with a handful of companies, David stood out as the most impressive with his overall knowledge and quick responses. Framework was able to start within weeks and David partnered with us every step of the way. The final product is amazing! I'd recommend David and Framework to friends and family. read more

My husand and I are calling around to get quotes on a job for our driveway. We called them to set up an estimate. They were to call us on a Thursday or Friday to schedule the time for a Sunday. NO calls!! Nothing!! There are so many businesses out there, companies dont' understand customer service and follow through. read more

David is exceptional. Despite only being in the exploratory phase and not an official client, my interactions with David have been outstanding. He has great vision for the design process, listens attentively, is generous with his time, and always makes himself available. Again, this is coming from a prospective client. I could only imagine how he is with actual clients. With that said, I would not hesitate to have David as a project manager and would have 100% confidence in his ability to deliver an amazing product and experience. read more

I can highly recommend Framework Construction. Michael was very responsive and patient throughout the entire construction process, which experienced delays due to supply issues. He went the extra mile to meet me at the stores to pick out and make suggestions on the products needed for the project. He always returned phone calls and showed up when he said he would. His crew also did excellent work. Framework met all of my expectations. Thank you!! read more

I'm just in the beginning of my time with Framework Construction. So far everything has been great and I thought the price was right. Framework recently remodeled our kitchen and den. We were very, very pleased with everything they did. They had great ideas (e.g., remove obstructive closets from the middle of our den in order to open up the space) and found ways to execute them that we had previously thought were impossible. The project moved at almost lightning speed, thanks to Framework's efficiency and work ethic. (Their willingness to work on weekends was very impressive.) Rotem, who was our liaison with the company and the construction supervisor, did a wonderful all-around job of managing the project. If you hire them, you will be happy. read more

We have been working with framework for almost a year to get a quote on a large backyard remodel with pool, jacuzzi, patio hard scape and landscape. I would support the other bad reviews on yelp although you may not see them now as others are saying they negotiate them being removed as part of a settlement for people getting money returned for jobs badly done. Responsiveness is so low. Quotes given for another job were twice the price we found elsewhere. 30k vs 15k to paint our house. With the same expectations of level of work. There is a total lack of client communication and attention. It seems like they don't want the business. I wouldn't stress yourself for a minute by going with this firm. I used them based on their yelp ratings. I now realize why they are so high. I have nothing to settle so this review will stay. I paid $3,500 to them and they will be getting no more of my money. Be warned. read more

Needed to replace aging and cracked stamped concrete patio surface surrounding the pool in our back yard with new paving stones. Received and considered several bids. Selected Framework Construction based on their competitive price but the over riding reason was the presentation made by their project manager, Kobi Harel. Over several meetings to discuss the project we developed a high level of trust in Kobi's ability to get the job done as promised. We were not disappointed. He was on site nearly every day. He dealt with any issues immediately and satisfactorily. The sub contractors including the paving stone installers, the pool company that replaced the pool skimmer and the company that replaced the access gate to the back and the pool equipment enclosure were all excellent. Demolishing and removing the concrete was dirty and the installation of the paving stones was just as dusty. When they finished there was no trace of any debris. We are very satisfied with the results and will not hesitate to reach out to Framework Construction again, should the need arise. read more

Having just completed an entire backyard remodel, I feelI I need to commend and recommend Frame Work for providing me with the most beautiful back yard. Adam and Aya incorporated all of my ideas into a real-to-life, beautiful and captivating design. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations including quality, creativity, functionality, and beauty. It looks like an absolute fairyland at night! Luciano and Adam were so nice to work with on a daily basis, exhibiting politeness and patience with my perfectionist concerns. Luciano quickly learned my tastes and brought samples for me to choose from that he knew I would love. The company is very family oriented and a pleasure to deal with. For all of these reasons, it is my pleasure to affirm your desires for a beautiful yard by recommending this company to you. read more

Your company created a pool and landscaping design that made our house look like a resort in Long Beach. While the work was outstanding, the project manager Kiko was even better. Things could not have gone more smoothly. He not only coordinated many different jobs simultaneously at our house with both competence and professionalism, he also (I assume) had other jobs to complete elsewhere. Yet Kiko always makes you feel like you are his only client. Kiko came to the job site everyday and was never more than a phone call away. We are so happy we went with your company to create our paradise. We will have other jobs down the road and Kiko will always be our first call. read more

With the pandemic upon us, we wanted to transform our backyard into usable outdoor living space. Scheduling a consultation was very easy via Yelp and by texting the owner Regev. We met with Adam (project manager) and we were given a reasonable price and quick timeline for starting and completion of the project. Adam is very knowledgeable and professional, and we felt very confident in his work. Our lead crew member was Jose, who has worked for Framework for years. He was very reliable and detail oriented, and we appreciated having the same crew for the entire duration of the project. Adam stopped by regularly to check on the project and to make sure we were satisfied. He was also easily accessible by phone/text.
