Just had pavers and vinyl fence installed in my front yard and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. It looks great! David was awesome and super responsive and attentive. If we needed something done, he would make sure it got done. If we had questions, he would respond right away. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort. I will be looking to use Framework Construction and David for other home projects in the future. Thank you! read more

We had a complete remodeling project for our backyard including installation of new pavers and building a fire pit and water fountain. After having several estimates from different companies we found their price much more reasonable and much lower than others. They have a large crew for the job and paying attention to the requested details very nicely. Their job was clean, professional, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. read more

We had such a great experience with Framework construction . They got the job done in only a few days - and we are thrilled with the results. Their pricing is competitive and their customer service was fantastic. They delivered in the right timeline and my backyard went from a complete wreck to the one of the highlights of the house. Will recommend them to all my friends! Thank you once again!!! read more

Framework Constructions work was very good and most of their contractors were very hard working and skilled. The result for us was excellent and we were pleased with the results. There were only three stressful issues. The first issue was getting the contractors to not park in front of our neighbors house. The neighbor called to complain about a few issues but one the parking issue was due to the oil some of the trucks left in the street in front of his house. We had to ask Nir (project manager) to get the contractor to come and pressure wash the street to remove some of the oil. The second issue was the extra, unexpected costs which increased the cost of the project by 33%. One of the costs was a detail that was overlooked in the original design and then left out of the project quote. The other cost was additional, third party engineering that I felt was insurance to protect Framework Construction and should have been included in the original quote. The other cost was some labor and material that was discussed during the original, early discussions but was never included until near the end of the project. The payment schedule was a little disorganized and my have contributed to some of the oversight costs. The final issue was the application of sealer. We were expecting two coats of sealer. The contractor said they applied two coats but it didnt look like it and we only saw them spray once. They said they applied two coats in one pass. In other words, they sprayed each paver twice. The sealer was not satisfactory so we bought five gallons of sealer and an airless sprayer and applied it ourselves to get the look we wanted. The project manager Nir was attentive to our requests and did good job of managing the project. read more

Absolutely beyond impressed with Framework's professionalism, pricing and dedication to each one of their customers. I signed my contract on a Friday and they started work on my backyard Monday!!! It was the most easy and pleasant experience the whole way through. All the way from working with Kiko at the initial consult to the hardworking crew who hauled butt to get my project done in just 10 days! Their pricing supersedes that of any other bids I received and if you can believe it, their workmanship even super passes that! I've already referred a few of my neighbors who were blown away by the results! read more

Working with David and Adam made my Pinterest/ Instagram backyard come to life! It took us a year to get the yard prepared when I should have just called Framework in the first place to help completely redo our backyard. Our new turf, firepit, flagstone, and updates to the electrical and gas outside have made out yard into our #1 vacation spot! read more

We recently moved to our first house. We were looking for a decent company to help us with our patio/ back yard design. We scheduled few appointments with several companies (which was VERY exhausting) but couldn't find someone that felt trust worthy and honest. Then came Rotem from Frame work. It was a very different appointment than the others. While the other agents were pushy, over priced & irrelevant- this meeting was WONDERFUL! Rotem from Framework is a real pro project manager He was informative and answer any question we had & gave us some ideas that actually saved us a lot of money. As soon as we signed the contract, Rotem and everyone at Framework started working on our project and were there for us for anything we needed. We got competitive price, fast and great service, excellent communication Totally recommend Framework and Rotem ! read more

As a new homeowner, I was anxious about finding a reliable and fair contractor to build the retaining wall on my property. I met with dozens of companies in the SoCal area, and the one that immediately stood out was Framework Construction & Remodeling. Not only did they give a competitive quote, their project manager, Nir Shik, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, Nir provided prompt updates and took the time to ensure I understood what was going on (e.g., why things were priced the way they were, who we needed approvals from and how to get them). He also stayed on top of every twist and turn that arose. For example: when the city threw us a curveball and pointed out issues that were missed in the initial inspections, Nir personally went to City Hall to sort everything out. More unbelievably, he didn't charge us extra despite incurring additional costs of his own! Nir is someone who understands that good business isn't just about money; it's about trust. And I couldn't be happier to have chosen him for my project. Not to mention, the wall turned out fantastic! Thank you, Nir (and Framework Construction), for taking the nebulous world of construction and somehow making my family feel at ease in it. read more

Our backyard remodel included pavers, artificial turf, and a patio cover. Polina ("Polly") was here almost every day, job was priced competitively, completed on time, and they were very flexible with our requested changes as the project was coming together. I would highly recommend this company for your remodel. read more

My backyard was dated with cracking concrete, an old patio floor and ugly planters. I received seven quotes and ended up choosing Framework to revive my backyard with pavers, lighted steps, and a planter with lights. I had the pleasure of working with Tom as my Project Manager. He was super easy to work with, very thorough and provided great ideas. The entire crew worked very fast and finished before I had expected. I am very happy with the outcome of the project and would recommend Framework for backyard remodeling. Tom was not satisfied unless I was 100% happy upon the final walkthrough. I will be calling Tom from Framework for my next home project for sure! read more

We hired Framework to help us with pool tiling upgrades. Ron and Poli were our project managers. They have been very open, communicative, patient, and responsive throughout the entire project. They provided us with ideas and options for us to pick and choose from. The end result was wonderful. Although, there were a few hiccups here and there, but that's expected with any construction project. We will be sure to add Framework list of bidders for our next projects. read more

Framework construction was wonderful and I highly recommend them! I originally found them on thumbtack after the company that was recommended to us by a family friend quoted us an astronomical number. I scheduled an appointment, and Guy, the project manager that we worked with, came over on a Saturday. He listened intently to what we wanted, spent time to measure, and was able to quote us an amount that day, which was way more reasonable than what we got with the first company. We also made it clear that we were leaving for a vacation in 6 weeks and he said that they could finish in that time. Honestly, I didn't actually expect that to happen because construction usually takes way longer than what's quoted at the beginning, but framework construction made it happen! I also was very nervous because I usually get recommendations from people I know, and I had 3 more companies lined up to interview for this project, but Guy made my husband and I feel so comfortable and positive that Framework would make our vision a reality, that we signed the contract that day! They completely demolished all the old concrete in our front, back and side yard; created a small retaining wall in the front; painted the back wall, installed pavers in the front and driveway and front entrance; installed new concrete in the back; leveled out the backyard and installed turf; moved the main water line; added irrigation and landscaped the front and side yard! In six weeks! Emilio, who was our foreman was wonderful, and has incredibly high standards for his workers and the job that is done. Guy was the easiest project manager to work with! He was available, and always on top of the project and just so professional. This was the easiest, best construction experience I have had and I will sing their praises until I go hoarse! read more

My husband and I worked with Framework for our pool renovations. Tom, our project manager was extremely helpful in making this project as smooth as possible. Communication was always open which is very important with any project. The pool was built in 1990 and had the typical flower pattern tiles and red brick and concrete decking. We did a complete remodel and now it has an up to date look with pavers for the decking instead of concrete. We were so pleased with how everything went and the rapport that we built with Tom, that we also had them install the lighting around the pool as well. We highly recommend Framework Construction for your project needs. read more

Good quality and price. Staffs are nice to work with. A well organised company. Keep promises.

Hired to do our pavers and a wall in our backyard. After loosing faith in other contractors Johnathan was like a breath of fresh air! Extremely professional and not pushy ( which was huge for us) he made us so comfortable and confident with our decision that we hired them right on the spot. The workers were kind and super professional and clean! They fixed whatever little kinks we had in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again for further Jobs and highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed! read more

I worked with Poli in the preliminary stages of a full bathroom remodel project. She was very knowledgeable in her craft and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Before I even accepted the estimate, she was readily helping me plan out the colors, materials, layout, etc. of the restroom. On top of that, the estimate itself was very reasonable, and offered everything I wanted while other contractors were charging more while giving me restrictions. The only reason why I didn't end up working with them is because I was referred to a family friend that is essentially doing the project at cost. They will definitely be hearing from me in the future for any future work I want to do on the house. read more

Everything was great. The project manager Rotem was always on time and respectful and gave us multiple bid options. They built a backyard deck area where there used to be grass. My favorite part was the actually workers that were there every day. They wore masks when I asked them, they responded to my every little request quickly, and kept the place tidy. The job went totally smooth and perfect and we are very happy with the work - even the capping off of the sprinklers that got covered up and will no longer be in use. Thank you Rotem and FrameWorks Construction read more

I was hoping I would be able to leave a great review like others regarding this company. Unfortunately, that is not the case for me and my husband. Framework was very communicative when I reached out to them for an initial bid of our backyard remodel in November 2021. We met with Michael and he was easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. We were convinced to purchase a design for our backyard, and so we did. Up to this point communication went well. After the design was purchased and we reviewed the design with Michael and the designer, we were eager to move forward with solidifying a deal. Michael checked with his boss about securing material and we signed a contract and were expecting to know next steps to finalize total price and timeline. This is when communication did not go as expected. We asked for the scope of work at the end of December 2021, we did not hear back until the end of January 2022 when my husband reached out to Michael to inquire about the status. We were informed that due to the holidays the approving manager was out of town. We get it that it was the holidays, but it's now been about a month with no updates or communication. In my experience, great customer service includes great communication. This should have been communicated to us prior. Michael then had to come back for additional measurements the end of January 2022 and informed us we would receive the scope of work. There were some glitches in emails, we did receive the scope of work about a week after Michael's last visit. As instructed, we went over the scope and replied to Michael's email with revisions that needed to be done and clarified the same day. Some of what we had asked for was completely omitted from the scope of work and we wanted to get that clarified. Again, there were email issues and we resent the email to clarify the scope of work. On February 4th, 2022 we received communication that our email was received, and we would get a reply that evening. We are still waiting for the reply. Overall, our personal experience with this company was not great. I wish we would've saved those couple thousand dollars towards the actual project. We were hopeful that our hard-earned money would've gone towards our backyard, instead we have an email with screenshots of a design. read more

I contacted Framework Construction and Remodeling for a simple job of building a brick structure for a barb-que. They gave me a quote and said they could start 2 days later on Friday and they would be finished by Monday. They sent me a contract and one portion said they could change the price at any time. When I said I didn't want to sign that, they said they would send another without that clause. However the next day I was asked to meet with the supervisor. He said I would have to pay more than originally quoted. I refused and after some annoying haggling he agreed to the original price. By Monday they had not started. When I called they promised to be finished by the end of the week. The next Monday I called again as they had not started. I was promised it would be finished by Friday. On Friday I asked for my deposit back. They never contacted me to update me. It was a complete no show. This is a company you do not want to do any business with under any circumstances. read more
