After my first project with Amado was completed, I was able to start work on having another company install a fence around my front yard. But this fence installation had some challenges with placement and blocked some of the existing sprinklers that were recently installed. Reach out to Amado explaining what I needed. He was able to quickly schedule his team to relocate the sprinklers and provided reasonable prices for the work, which also included adjusting other sprinklers so they wouldn't continue to spray my garage wall. Definitely coming back again for his team's services! read more

Hired Amado to re-landscape front lawn. Found him easy to work with, responsive, and finished the job on time. He even repaired sprinklers twice after completion of job, even though the problem was with my old installation. My only advice is that if you want specific plants, make sure you tell him what you want. We let him choose and although we have had several compliments, I probably would have chosen others. Only a minor issue however. read more

Workers were across the street doing demo and I realized they were replacing some of our neighbors driveway. We live at the house I grew up in. My 92 year old mom was out of town and we had been wanting to replace her walkway that had been there since the house was built in the 40's. I spoke to Amado about replacing her walkway and could it be done in 2 days so it would be a surprise for when she got back. Amado assured me he could start on it that day and it would be completed before she arrived home. True to his word the work was completed when she got home. Her comment upon arriving home, "it looks beautiful!!" Thanks Amado for helping us keep our mom safe by fixing her walkway! read more

I had turf installed by another company and they capped my sprinklers, but left some leaks and other issues that my lawn guys tried to fix, but couldn't. While trying to fix things, they messed it up even more! Some flower beds were pooling with water, water was under the turf, and one tree fell over. In desperation and after reading the reviews, I called Amado landscaping. Amado came out the next morning and pulled one of his guys off a job later that same day so he could replant and stake the tree and fix the irrigation system. With them, it was so quick and easy after months of struggle! Amado is truly like his name "beloved." He was a Godsend in so many ways: so kind, competent, and prompt. I felt confident in what he told me was happening and am SO RELIEVED that the issues are finally gone. If ever I need anything else done, I will call him immediately. read more

My husband and I hired Sampson to complete a part of our DIY backyard project that we could not do on our own. It involved leveling and grading the dirt. He quoted a very fair price, always stayed in communication while the job was being done and he went the extra mile by compacting the dirt around the sprinklers that we installed. To top it off, it took them less than a day and they left everything clean and immaculate! Sampson is super professional, dependable and very personable. I highly recommend Sampson for your job. Wanted to share a great experience I had with Armando. My lawn sprinker had a leak in the copper and called a different plumber to come fix the issue. The plumber didn't do a good job and the leak persisted and gave me an estimate for over $4K to replace the rest of the plumbing since he said it was corroded and needed replacement. I asked Armando to come for a second opinion and he said the work was shoddy and the remaining copper did not need to be replaced. He told me I should call the original plumber to come fix the issue. I followed his advice and the original plumber came and fixed it right away. I told the plumber what Armando told me and he just quietly fixed the problem without charging me another dollar. Thanks for your honest advice and being trustworthy. Next time I need any landscaping, I'm definitely calling you. read more

A day and night difference in the yard! I've been taking care of our front and back yards for a while now, but decided the greenery needed a little help. Amado, the boss, came one day and gave us an estimate. The next morning the guys arrived promptly and started work. Extremely efficient, friendly and quality service. As I said, the difference is night and day! And the folks went above and beyond to leave the yards (and the pool!) clean as if nothing happened. Highly recommended. read more

Lupe was able to get me on the books literally the next day and start work. finishing the entire project in under a week and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided! Amado is a true professional! He is punctual, responsive, friendly, and is everything you've been looking for in a landscape contractor. Amado came for a consultation and his pricing was more than fair. He listened well and had great ideas to contribute without being overbearing. Amado was very responsive to my calls & texts, even on the weekend. Amado came to my rescue today. I was so worried about why my last water bill had doubled and feared I had a leaking house pipe, but hoped it was only a leak in the irrigation system. Sure enough, Amado figured out that indeed it was just a faulty valve in the irrigation system. His friendly and expert crew quickly replaced it and now no more spinning dial on my water meter! They even plugged an emitter that I no longer needed at no extra charge. Amado and his crew are simply the best! read more

Really good service and quality work for a good price. I have an area drain out back. Has been scoped by two plumbers and even a portion dug up. The plumbers would charge me an arm and a leg for the work. But it would keep getting plugged up. finally I ask Amado to just dig it up. His team arrived on time and were professional. They ended up digging up the pipes and found 8 foot long root in the pipes. We had to extend the dig because the pipes were not leveled before and of course we found more roots. At the end of it all we got new pipes and replaced the over lying concrete. He did all this for less than the price the plumbers were charging for just scoping and hydrojetting which didnt even work. Glad had Amado's team out. I would highly recommend him! read more
