The BEST in what they do. Sione and his team did an amazing transformation of our garage and outdoor patio after decades of tree cracks and using old pavers for a patio floor. They removed massive roots from our garage and patio area. They work very quickly and within less than 2 weeks we have an all new refreshed backyard. The attention to detail and being able to foresee water paths for the rain is truly a skill you need when paving a backyard. read more

Contacted for a quote. Initial quote higher than the others so I asked for details of the work. Instead of sending details, they scoffed at the prices of the others. Rightfully so, since they under quoted at first. When I asked for Nava to come and give a quote in person, looking at the actual property as the others did, they ghosted. No business who ghosts deserves a good rating. read more

Sione and his team were professional, honest, and delivered exceptional, high-quality work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Nava Concrete. The person we hired to install the concrete had a last minute change on us and we had to find someone that would install the concrete on our driveway. It was a small job but important to us. Nava Concrete to the rescue. They came to install the concrete and did an excellent job. Very customer service oriented and attention to detail. A++ read more

I had a great experience working with Sione and the team at Nava Concrete. Sione was extremely knowledgeable and truly an expert at his craft. These guys were a great team. Clear explanations, fair price, skilled (and nice!), super efficient. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge, especially Sione who specializes in concrete. He knows his stuff. I definitely recommend them! read more

Trustworthy, no-nonsense people who do great work. I love the new look of my front yard (see before and after). Sione honored his quote for almost a year, which I appreciate given high inflation. The quote was a lot more reasonable than a few others I had. I think this is a family run business. Communicating with the masons was a little tricky since I don't speak Spanish, but I was able to draw out what I wanted and they were able to accommodate it. I recommend talking through ALL the details with Sione or his dad in advance before the job commences. For some reason I assumed the job would take 1 day but it took 3, so talk through that too. They were quite autonomous and didn't need me around though. Overall, super happy and would call again if I need more masonry jobs. read more

I really liked the kindness and ease of starting the project of laying my new concrete from my backyard through my driveway BUT..... 1) I was not informed that my backyard concrete would be slanted. My old concrete was just fine without the slant; my patio furniture looks like it's leaning; mud forms after it rains and had to lift up my gazebo to level :( 2) No aftercare provided. I had to Google. 3) I was NOT informed there could possibly be fine cracks afterwards. 4) I was NOT informed the discoloration was part of the drying process. Overall the final result of the concrete looks good minus the cracks and slanted backyard. read more

Sione is great at knowledge customer service and reasonable prices We got our wall fixed Fixed a concrete step He was quick to respond and was great working around our schedule. Highly recommend Nava Concrete read more

They were very professional, finished the job on time and are very knowledgeable, they were very helpful with bringing ny idea to life.

I hate to do this but how can I not? They are fine for minor concrete repairs, but do not let them sell you on concrete overlays or stucco refinishing for retaining walls. I was originally going to go with concrete staining but his cousin convinced me that an overlay would last longer and that he was quite adept at it. And they were masons, so a stucco coating over a retaining wall shouldn't be that difficult. That was a year ago and now the job they left behind is beyond crap. For which I paid almost $13k (actually, $11k because I never paid them the final installment of $2k for a poorly executed job). My husband and I were really looking forward to this elevating our pool area and providing a safe cool surface for us, our guests and our pets to walk upon. They did not use the right materials (skid proof and heat resistant seal), the color is uneven, they got concrete over my decorative rocks, they painted over my pool grates and filters, the stucco is cracked and they added ugly brick materials to my outdoor shower that was absolutely contrary to what I described I wanted. I thought Sione would make it right. I thought he was honorable. He promised to send guys after my first phone call to at least clean up the mess they left behind, but he nor his team ever returned to the scene of the crime, contacted us or offered us any kind of reparations - and we are out $11k for a job badly done. Do not use them for anything that requires finesse. read more

I recommend Nava Concrete for all your concrete needs. The work they did was amazing. Sione showed up on site quickly to issue a quote and was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. They had a fast turnaround time, taking only 4 days from stat to finish for such a large project! The quality of work is so good, that not only did my neighbors love it and hired them that same day, But my friends have also asked me for Sione's number to get quotes as well. I can't say enough great things about Nava Concrete, Sione, and the crew. They were on time, well prepared, polite, and driveway repair they did for me was perfect. And the price was better than anyone else I called for estimates. I would recommend them to friends and family alike. I wish everyone in the service business were this good. Cheers read more

I hired Nava Concrete (Sione is the owner) to install all-new: driveway, driveway apron, asphalt in front of the apron, sidewalk, two 2" curb drains, and drain line connections from my rain barrels to the curb drains. He was very communicative and visited the work site daily all throughout the engagement, and I plan to hire him again for additional work on my property. Mike and Tony, who both work for Sione, were fantastic as well. If you have more time, I'll go into more detail about the job and how great Nava Concrete (Sione) was: 1. Before signing the job to Nava Concrete, Sione visited the worksite with me a few times to gather specs as I changed the scope, and was very patient with me in explaining the job. 2. During the job, for the work that required permits from the city (sidewalk, curb drains, and apron), Sione was helpful in calling the city to schedule A. a pre-construction meeting with the inspector, B. a forms inspection, and C. a final inspection, and asked good clarifying questions during the inspection meetings to make sure the job was done according to city specs. We passed our inspection. 3. During and after the job, the team did a good job of cleaning up the debris and hauling away any leftover construction materials. Throughout the job, there were at least 3-4 folks driving through our neighborhood, saw the in-flight workmanship by the team, and asked for Nava Concrete's contact information from the crew. That made me feel good as a homeowner because other people were recognizing their work. Also worth mentioning that I interviewed about 5-6 concrete contractors, and Nava Concrete was by-far the best communicator and had competitive pricing. read more

My back neighbor and I decided to use Nava to rebuild a cinder block wall between our properties. We are very glad we did! We had quotes ranging from very low to very high, and didn't know what to expect from any of them, so went with the middle of the price range. The price seemed very reasonable. What impressed me the most was their communications. Whether or not you know a little about what you need and want and how it's done, Nava will be honest with you and ensures that you understand the nuances of the job, as well as options. For me, that's huge. Any home projects that flop have likely flopped due to lack of skill and poor communication. The product was great! Couldn't have asked for better, especially at that price. It is a beautifully straight, plumb, and level wall with very neat grout joints. They do a great job of cleaning up. Hey, it's important...concrete can be very messy. And lastly, they're just great guys. So nice and such hard workers. Immediately after finishing at my place they got a similar job a couple doors down, and those neighbors had similar feedback. Can't go wrong with Nava! read more

There is a lot to like about Nava Concrete. Sione who owns it really values pleasing his customers and will work hard to keep you happy. The prep work for our new side walkway was done by his cousin Christopher who is the hardest working person I have ever met. They will do exactly what you request. My only suggestion is that if your job is not completely straightforward, you should think carefully about what you need before you meet with them. They lay beautiful concrete but are not structural engineers. I didn't think deeply about some drainage issues before they started, which led to the need for changes after the work began. Sione was very receptive to performing the changes that I felt would be necessary. I absolutely would hire them again. read more

Nava Concrete did a great job at repaving our driveway. The whole project took about a week. We spoke with 3 contractors before picking him because he provided the best pricing and had good reviews. His team did all the proper steps, including adding rebar and sloping the concrete away from the garage. My driveway is a bit tricky because the land is higher away from the garage, and my driveway is too long to route the water out from the surface. His team added a pipe underground and covered it with rocks. Sione added that extra level of care by trying to match the rocks with the existing rocks that we have. We're so proud of this beautiful new driveway. Thank you so much! read more

I reached out to Sione for an estimate to redo my townhouse's front yard, which involved installing a concrete block wall in preparation for a wrought iron fence and gate. After sending him some detailed photos and drawings of what I had in mind, Sione sent Kris to assess the site and confirm the estimate. The quote was fair and competitive with other companies I had received estimates from, but what really stood out to me was that Sione didn't nickel and dime for every little detail. His price covered everything from removing shrubs and tree roots, relocating sprinkler lines and heads, to building the new block wall, adding caps, and even painting. Unlike some other companies that try to charge extra for small tasks, Sione's all-inclusive pricing made his service a great value. Kris, who did the work, was excellent to work with. He was attentive to my needs and communicated consistently throughout the project, checking in regularly to make sure everything met my expectations--right down to the smallest details. He took extra time to ensure the job was done properly, and I really appreciated his craftsmanship and commitment to quality. Sione also visited the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work done and would definitely use their services again for future projects. I highly recommend them to my family and friends. (Note: Sione and Kris handled the block wall, while a different company did the iron fence and gate, which I will review separately. That company was also excellent.) read more

First of all, Sione was the only contractor to fully explain what was involved in the quote he gave me. Other contractors said to call them and they would send their project manager. In other words, I'm going to charge you extra for something unnecessary. I agreed to the price Sione gave me and he showed up Monday morning 15 minutes early! The crew got the job done in three days and I was able to pay via Zelle in 3 installments. Talk about a painless transaction. Sione and his crew do good work and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I recommend Sione and his crew. Sione is very nice. He is very patient and honest. I'm a woman homeowner and he gave me an honest quote. It's hard to find an honest contractor. After he gave me quote I had to talk to my neighbor about the cost. It took a while to get us agree for the wall color and price sharing. These guys did a great job this week! My wife and I are installing a hot tub and needed a concrete pad. We also needed a landing area with concrete steps and bricks to be redone. My wife and are definitely lean on being particular on what we are looking for. These guys did a fantastic job with both projects! I really like how they communicated. I told them how particular we are and they included us in every major part to make sure they were turning our vision out the way we wanted it. There were even a few details that we asked for after the quotes and they were happy to accommodate. The price was fair and I feel that they were real craftsmen so it felt like we were getting value for the work provided. They worked quickly as well so it didn't feel dragged out at all. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and feel good about it. read more

Sione and Nava Concrete are the apitome of professionalism, class mixed with excellent customer service. A board member found them on yelp to help level out a large channel in our building walkway (where I actually tripped and fractured a bone) While speaking with Sione we immediately realized that incredibly friendly and knowledgeable he was so we decided to add a project that we've been procrastinating on for 5 years. We requested the quote to include creating some stairs on our southern walkway to allow for easier access for venors. So many years of dealing with these issue have disappeared with one call. Sione is so super helpful, will work with you on the project and keep you abreast of the progress. His guys went above and beyond and the entire experience was seamless. Repairs in general are a pain in the butt especially when an association is involved however hiring the right folks who can help complete the project from a to z with little or no supervision, at an affordable price helps take the sting out. Needless to say I highly recommend Nava Concrete and Sione the owner for all your concrete needs. Feel free to reach out to me with any further questions about our experience. read more
