So far Loma and his crew has completed two projects for us... an alley driveway that had sunk and water was moving into the garage instead of away and repairing a mid-century cast/concrete stone wall veneer that was badly cracked in many places + a curb to ensuring no puddling at the foundation level. They did great work. Very prompt and efficient in their work. For the second job they had to access my neighbor's yard and were very respectful to her space. We're very thankful to them and plan to have them back for future projects. read more

Loma and team do great work at a great price. The work is quality and doesn't try to skimp on materials with not including base or having rebar too far apart, which you need to make sure the work lasts and completed properly. Everything is included the way it should be. They worked hard and got the job completed quickly even through the heatwave. They were consultative about any issues that came up with a unique layout and made sure everything was in order to ensure a smooth finished product. Everything looks great and really happy about the job they did. 10/10 recommend! read more

Contacted Islander Concrete to build a concrete shed base. Loma was great at discussing the project but asked why I wanted it done so high. It was because that area gets flooded during rain storms due to poor drainage. He quoted me a fair price to build a concrete base but suggested he could install a french drain to alleviate the flooding. His price was reasonable and they completed the job in a day plus! We were so happy with Loma and his crew. Now we just wait for the next storm. We will update how it works out. read more

Highly recommend Islander Concrete! They were easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time for the estimate, and the final cost matched the quote exactly, with no surprises. The work went fast: they started on a Monday and finished by Thursday. The following week they came back to clean up, put everything back in place, and check on the work, which I really appreciated. We're in Whittier and everything went exactly as planned. Would absolutely hire them again. They were even flexible about when to cash our check. read more

Loma & his team were a pleasure to work with. They helped us with repaving our concrete walkway, extending our driveway, installing a drain and laying turf on our front lawn. They always arrived on time, were quick to answer questions & constantly kept us informed on the progress of the project. We originally wanted the drain installed in a different location to prevent the walkway from flooding but Loma ensured us that the new angle of the concrete will direct flooding towards the new drain near the garage, so we'll wait to see how well it does next rain reason. Overall our remodel looks gorgeous! I'm very happy with the final product. Overall pricing was good and the whole project only took a couple week. I would definitely hire them again for our next job! read more

Purchased a new construction and the back yard was full dirt and uneven. Called around and received a few quotes from Loma and other concrete companies that had stellar reviews; Loma's came in at a very competitive rate. With speaking to him, he was the only guy who came off with a sense of urgency and actually wanted the work, which I greatly appreciated. Other companies only wanted to respond by txt or scheduled a walk through for the next week. When I called Loma, he was able to come that day to walk the yard. The work took 2 days and he has shown a willingness to stop by and walk me through the yard to ensure it's up to my standard. Very pleased read more
