I had a sprinkler head that was not working and one sprinkler head that was flooding part of the yard. This was fixed in under 30 minutes for $50. Only thing that is lacking from Greenworks is good communication. I thought I was only getting a quote, but instead, they told me they could fix the sprinklers without a quote. It all worked out well, but would have liked some more communication about pricing. read more

Kept his card in the kitchen drawer! ;-) Joe's job was to repair and improve an older sprinkler system that was not the best installation to begin with. Joe's character was: Responsive to VM and texts, did come to bid when he said he would. Did come to do work when he said he would. Was honest. Was fairly and reasonably priced. He gave an approximate quote and said it would also depend on what he found when he dug, and he never upcharged us after he dug! (We got three bids and picked him. He was the same price as another but I had a better feeling about him). He was enjoyable to work with. He went above and beyond by giving additional advice for us to complete on our own as we were trying to save money. He did not rush and made sure we were happy before he left. If I could give Joe 6 stars I would! I had leak problems with my sprinklers and I was dreading trying to find someone to fix the system since its underground and hidden. I called Joe and he came the very next day, on time and communicating by text, yes! After 5 min, he was already on his knees digging in my lawn to try to see where the problem was. After 1 hour or more, he thought he had find the leak but realized that it was coming from another pipe. To be totally honest, I just wanted to give up, but Joe sticked with it and started thinking where else the leak could come from. He worked on finding the solution for a total of 5 hours, he never gave up and finally, he found it and fixed the entire system, changed heads and pipes as well. I could not believe it, it was definitely no easy task. He was very patient, worked well, communicated very clearly and was polite. The perfect man you want to hire for the job! I feel very lucky I chose him among other business and I would absolutely recommend him! He even walked me through how to use the sprinklers controls and what he would recommend for time, days, etc. And of course, told me to call him anytime if I need help or have a question. This is your go to guy in the South Bay. I had a valve that was causing a big knock on my water pipes when my last station turned off. I called Joe on Wednesday and he answered!!! He came by on Thursday and fixed a couple heads. Didn't hear the noise. He communicated he he didn't hear it. He came on Saturday and replicated the noise. Then he knew it was the valve sticking.
