Shannon and Christy especially have consistently been there whenever I've dropped or popped something or need a transformation. Choosing frames is always a struggle for me, and I always regret my choice. Jordin, who helped me on my first visit was quickly able to present me with several options I was happy with. Within minutes we narrowed my choices down to a pair I was thrilled with. I opted for the free eye exam to refresh my prescription and Dr. Hoppert was fantastic and exceptionally knowledgeable. For the last year I've struggled with my glasses. The prescription never felt right, I constantly took them off due to eye fatigue--it turns out the last optometrist made a critical but common error on my prescription. Dr. Hoppert explained the mistake to me and showed me how the other optometrist made that mistake. She also took the time to fine tune my prescription for my line of work (graphic design), and to go over the health and anatomy of my eyes in depth. I was so happy with my frames and prescription I decided to come back and purchase a second pair. Coral, the staff member I worked with on my second visit, provided excellent service as well and now I have two great pairs of glasses I can alternate between. I cannot recommend Framed Ewe highly enough. They stock excellent, fashionable frames and everyone I've dealt with there has gone out of their way to be helpful and kind. I absolutely love this place! I would always buy sunglasses and would never really wear them. I found when I got them home they wouldn't fit right, hit my cheeks or just would be what I saw everybody else wearing. That is the big point of difference and what I loved about Framed Ewe. The owner Christy picked out an amazing pair of glasses that fit my face just perfectly. It was so comfortable and she adjusted them appropriately and now I can say that I wear them all the time. Have a couple pairs of glasses from the Thierry Lasry collection and I absolutely adore. Their styles are very modern but yet very unique and not something I'm going to see you and everybody else. I get ALL my eyewear from Framed Ewe. Not only do they have the best products in the industry, their staff is super friendly and helpful in finding the perfect glasses for your style and face. They have all independently owned eyewear (which is a huge plus, considering those glasses are always higher quality). Although the frames were quite expensive. Our experience topped things off. My friend and I were greeted with a warm smile, and firm handshake from the gorgeous Shannon. In my opinion Framed Ewe is the best optical store in AZ - hands down! Now that I think about it, Framed Ewe did receive the honor of being named Phoenix New Times "Best Eyewear" in 2016, and I imagine many years to come! Both stores are always immaculate, to the T!.. For those of you shoppers who are like myself and can appreciate a great eyewear shopping experience, this is the place for you! For those of you that do not really have a keen since in the area of eyewear(sunglasses/optical/readers) have no fear whatsoever. Both stores have an amazing staff that takes the time to get into the specifics with you and ask the questions that would better help your needs and or wants. The brands(Super,Thiery Lasry,Garret Leight,and so many more) that Framed Ewe carries are not like any other optical store here in AZ, let alone a department store(my extensive research has shown me).
