It slowly melted into the espresso and by the end it almost gave salted caramel/tiramisu vibes. Definitely one of those drinks people will either be curious or skeptical about, but it ended up being memorable in the best way. The crispy cauliflower was one of the standout dishes for me. Sweet, sticky, crunchy, savory just a really addictive plate overall. The sweet potatoes were also incredible and felt very elevated without being overly complicated. The miso butter and hot honey combination worked perfectly together. The beets dish was beautiful visually and tasted fresh, bright, and balanced with the citrus, pistachio, and creamy elements. You can tell a lot of thought went into the plating here because every dish that came to the table looked intentional. We also tried the double cheeseburger and stroganoff. The burger was rich, messy, and flavorful in the best way possible with crispy edges on the patties and a soft bun. The stroganoff was creamy, comforting, and absolutely covered in parmesan. I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive.
