Lily did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her the shape I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it- they turned out exactly how I pictured them. The color and finish are gorgeous, and I love how clean and polished they look. Beyond her talent, Lily is so sweet and easy to talk to. Great conversation, relaxing experience, and I genuinely enjoyed my appointment with her. I'll definitely be back!
Recently moved to Reno from the Bay Area so I have been trying all the Nail Salons to find my favorite. Booking was easy & seamless (which I love), was able to go online around 9am and get a same day appointment at 11. It was a little further than I expected from my house so I ended up running a bit late, gave them a call and they were nice & told me not to rush. Got there 10 min after appointment start time & did not have to wait to get started on my nails. The location had easy parking and inside was clean. Showed Kathy a picture of my nail inspiration & she said she could do it so from there my nails were in her hands. I'll upload the inspiration photo for you guys to compare but I would say she did a great job on execution. Jaime did my pedicure-I got the foxy signature with gel. I would post a photo of my toes as well but unfortunately those are for my Fiance only lol. My total came to $175 without tip and it took about 2 hours to be finished. But yeah 10/10.
Daughter and mom time at Foxy Nails today. Foxy nails didn't disappoint! We both opted for the deluxe gel pedicure which was about 60 each. loved how it didn't break the bank! The massage chairs felt so good. The whole process from start to finish was very pampering! We had a hot stone massage, lotion massage, warm towels applied in addition to our beautiful gel nail color application! I really appreciated the technician frequently checking in with me about the length of the nail, color.... Fantastic experience from start to finish! Thank you for such a relaxing mommy daughter date!
Yet again!!! They did so good Had Katie do my nails this time around. Same name lol! I let her have creative freedom on the design, and she did this swirly heart thing. Sooooo cute! They also do children's mani/pedis which are super affordable!
Im not happy with my full set of nails, it was rushed and they look horrible. I would not reccomend getting your hands done here, but the pedicure was great. The facility was clean
I needed a last minute pedicure and walked in at this place. They were able to take me in right away. I'm not going to lie, from the outside, I wasn't sure, if I was going to like it. But, once you're inside, you're greeted right away with good ambiance. The place was clean and spacious. I ended up getting the spa pedicure with gel nails. I thought the price was reasonable and the leg massage was great! Overall, great visit!
Amazing service from Lily! She is so fast and precise. Enjoyable pedicures & manicures. Love having sophie running around the shop.
First time came in for a simple acrylic set and i had a great experience! The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job and i will def be back for a pedicure.
Decided to re-review Foxy Nails as I realized my pedicure has the top coat missing on my left foot. None are protected with top coat. I didn't realize this till now. I don't know if I'll be coming back.
I was a walk in at 1pm and the place was already quite busy! I wanted a gel manipedi, they placed me with Pie after about a 5 min wait! She was an AMAZING person to do my nails! I havent had a pedicure in over 6 years (my feet are so extremely sensitive and ticklish) and she was incredibly gentle with me and checked in often to make sure she wasn't hurting me. The pedicure chairs and soaking tubs were all super clean and i loved that they used sterile packed single use tools for cuticle care and trimming! Pie did both my pedi and mani, (my manicure i had previously was from another salon who cut me during the process so I was nervous about getting another one). I was kind of nervous because my cuticles are thin and sensitive and easily painful, but again, Pie was super gentle and checked in every time I even flinched slightly to make sure I was okay! I'm super happy I came across this location! Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and polite and sweet. I just got the basic spa pedi with gel polish and a gel manicure with cateye gel. I'm super super happy and will 100% be coming back here!
Hi, I'm reaching out about my $106 manicure today with Oscar. I'm very disappointed with the service and would like to request a full refund. I'm a first-time customer here, and unfortunately this was a very bad experience. Oscar did not seem confident in what he was doing, and throughout the appointment it felt like his priority was getting my nails done as quickly as possible rather than taking care of my natural nails. The soak-off was especially concerning. Instead of properly soaking off my existing acrylics, he clipped them and then used a nail extension tip to force between my natural nail and the acrylic to pop them off. This was painful. Several hours after the appointment, the side of my thumb became sore, and now all of my nails feel really sore and sensitive. The pressure from the new nails is uncomfortable enough that I want to have them removed. I do not feel comfortable having them removed at your salon after the way my existing nails were removed, so I will be going somewhere else to have them taken off safely. I also had to remind Oscar to cut my cuticles, and there was no elaborate nail design or anything particularly complicated about the set. The appointment took a long time largely because the previous nails were not removed properly. At $106, I expect a professional, careful manicure. I don't feel that the quality of the service was anywhere close to what I paid for, and I'm especially unhappy that my natural nails were not handled with care. There was no cuticle pushing no prepping the nails at all no hot towel no lotion it was a horrible experience As a first-time customer, this experience has unfortunately left me very disappointed. I would like a full refund and would appreciate having this resolved directly.

This is not a phony review. I had appointments with Peter however, on 11/5/25 I was a walk-in, and it was his day off. I unfortunately got stuck with you. Between you and your wife, sister, etc. answering the phone, scheduling people in the appointment book, teaching the other techs how to use the cash register and greeting people who entered the salon, you were very busy. You could not figure out how to get the airbrush machine to work, and I went to table #6 for the nice, female tech to finish my nails. You filed my nails with used filing boards, and you were so aggressive, my cuticles bled. AND YOU KNOW ALL OF THIS. YOU WERE CITED BY THE STATE BOARD OF COSMOTOLOGY. You don't have legal representation-LOL!! Look at the great job you did! read more

All I have to say is THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE. I'm new to Reno so me and a friend were looking for nail salons to get a little spa day done for us, this place is amazing it's super clean they have complimentary drinks, super nice! I will say the only thing I didn't like is the guy that did my nails didn't do the shape I asked for even though he said he knew what I was talking about even showed a photo to make sure and he was 100% sure he knew but didn't but that's ok! I'll just go to the lady that did my fronds nails cause she did Phenomenal or someone else! read more

It's been a whole year since I last visited Foxy Nails and I was back in town baby for snowboarding! I was snowboarding for a few weeks and the cold absolutely always wrecks my nails. This is the first place I thought of and I was excited to go back. The people there remembered me, it was so so sweet and such a warm welcome. They helped cut my disgusting cuticles and I asked for ombre' nails. And Did they deliver! (Check out the pic) I wish they were my local home nail salon, so if you just moved into town looking for a nail salon to call home. It is this one! You know I'll be back if I'm in town :) read more

Shout out Hannah, she NEVER misses! My favorite nail tech to date, she's patient, fast, amazing, she's been able to do every crazy design I've brought to her and the best part is the strength of the set. I bartend so tend to chip and break nails if they aren't very strong, I have yet to break one after she does my full set. I always used to have at least two or three missing when it came time for my fill until Hannah. She's now the only person I'll go to. Book with Hannah for a perfect set, a beautiful energy and atmosphere. I'll continue to brag about Foxy Nails, they hold such a special place in my heart now. read more

I walked in, knowing my request would be complex, but I was committed. Not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded. Vanna, the wonderful woman she is, not only helped me switch from acrylics to gel x but also worked with me nail by nail to create my dream holiday nails. If you have the time and patience to get amazing service, artwork, and detail, do not hesitate to come. I only stopped by because I was in the Summit, so it was on my way back to East Sparks, but I can promise this will be my go-to nail place from now on. read more

I was traveling from out of town to Reno in a panic as I realized I didn't have my nails done for a wedding I was attending on the weekend. After looking through yelp, I came across foxy nails and immediately called late at night the day before, with no expectation of getting in. Patrick and his team were able to accommodate me the next morning early and I am so grateful! Don't be mistaken by the outside look of this place, it's a true hidden gem. The staff are very polite, super nice and very diligent. They don't rush and take their time to make everything look perfect, which is something I so appreciate. My nails also were in terrible condition before coming here so truly a before and after situation in the best of ways. Patrick did such an incredible job. I will be coming to foxy nails every time I come to Reno- they are worth a visit! read more

How much do you charge for a basic pedicure with no polish? (For my boyfriend) is it the same price as it would be with polish?
Our basic pedicure is $35 with or without polish/add $15 for gel polish.
Do they do gel x nails?
They don't do Gel X but they do hard gel. I just switched from Gel X and it's so much more durable, I love it.
How much are powder dips?
