So I live right down the street from here and really want to love the place but I just can't. So I have ordered pizza on the half off days, which I'm sure is hectic and annoying, and the girls who answer the phones are so rude and have a snotty attitude. I do like the food but everything is so expensive for the little amount you get. The appetizers are probably double the price as anywhere else and they're not impressive. Last, my fiance loves the slots so we went a couple of times for drinks and to play and by 9 o'clock they are ready to kick you out. I would say go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely horrible.... Being a lifelong customer of Foxs then moving out of town we were excited to grab another pizza while in town visiting family. We called our order in for 2 pizzas picked them up and drove to visit family. After opening them up one of the pizzas was incorrectly made. Not what we ordered. Now I'm in the customer service business as well and treating customer a with the us most respect is number one, we always try a way to say yes without upsetting the customer. So when I called and complained that my order was made incorrectly I was hung up on while waiting on hold. I called back and the women told me to wait for a manager. The manager Juan answered the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained that the order was made incorrectly and he said come back and we will make a new one but he wanted to old one back. That would of been ok if I did not already leave, but I was already at my destination and said I'm not driving back. He said they don't do credits anymore and he will have a driver bring a new pizza but wanted the old one back, I said ok that's fine. So the driver arrived with the new pizza and we gave the old one back minus a few pieces. (Kids). Even the driver could not understand why he would want it back. Made no sense to him. Anyway, about 30 minutes after the driver left Juan the manager called me back to harass me, basically telling my I'm a liar. Juan said I had to lift up the cheese to find the double sausage. Never in my entire career have I called a customer back calling them a liar after I agreed to rectify the issue. I'm sorry Foxs but you need a new Manager and you lost a lifelong customer due to his incompetence in dealing with customers. read more

I love this pizza. Thin crust, great sauce, just the right amount of cheese, real sausage with fennel (not kibble sausage), and a large variety of available toppings. I've always had good service but did have to remind the server this time of our request for water in addition to other beverages. The Parmesan shakers contain the real deal. Not that powdered garbage so many places have. It's just plain old great pizza. I have not eaten anything else there, nor have I seen anyone eat anything other than pizza so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. Get the pizza! Born and raised here in Orland Park. I've lived out of state since 18 years old and I always come home for Christmas. My family orders Fox's on my first and last night here, without fail, every year during the Holiday Season. We obviously love the pizza here. I hesitated to write this review but thought it may be important for the business to know that their customer service is seriously slacking. Young girls answer the phone and are not skilled with customer service. Multiple mistakes were made with our pick up order (including giving us someone else's pizza) and when I called to let them know about the mistakes, I was put on hold for some time. When the girl got back on the phone, not once did she offer an apology, she simply said, "I'm not sure how far you live but if you want to drive back here we still have your pizza." No other attempts to accommodate were offered. And ZERO apology was offered. We had a big family already eating, but I left my family dinner to go pick up our pizza. When I got there, 2 young girls were at the pickup counter. The one girl proceeded to scold a delivery driver right in front of me (a grown man), telling him a customer just called to complain about the pizza being cold and blaming it on him right in front of me... She could have chosen a more delicate approach or had a supervisor handle that situation, but she made me and the driver uncomfortable, made Fox's appear unprofessional, displayed a complete lack of tact and concern for a fellow employee and customer at the same time, and was downright unprofessional all the way around. Went for lunch on 2/16/23. Seated and the waitress Mary flew by out table mentioned the soup of the day. She came back and I asked about the drink specials for the day.. She said there was none and then said oh yeah the wine was the special. We ordered and I got the potato crusted cod with baked and a veggie. We also ordered the shrimp scampi tortellini. We waited and waited and the waitress came out and told us the usual cook had to make a run to another location. I should have walked out after I heard the usual cook wasn't in the building. The cod came out it was approximately 5x5 with a baked and a bowl of canned green beans. The shrimp tortellini came out a few minutes later and was undercooked. $16.99 for these meals. No bread or salads included. I've been to this restaurant on several past occasions. I'm not sure what happened but will NOT BE BACK! The waitress Mary was awful! Giving this place my vote for one of the best, if not the best thin crust pizza in the Chicago area. Growing up in Cicero/Berwyn in the 70's and early 80's, I was exposed to a lot of great medium to thin crust Pizzas. We did not have any deep dish in the area back then (was a far west and north suburb thing). In the old Italian neighborhoods back then, you either got thin (tavern style) or sicilian thick crust. Fox's brings back memories of the best thin crust style. Even the middle pieces had that light crunch to them. Superb pizza here folks. This is a shame because I enjoyed meeting my cousin here. It was the perfect halfway spot for us. I will never step foot in here again! I dropped in on a Sunday after grocery shopping because I was starving and wanted a quick snack before cooking and running more errands. An old man at the bar literally tried starting a fight with me! I walked in sat down and quickly changed my mind and switched seats to a more comfortable spot. I was speaking to no one! He proceeded to yell at me from across the bar and suggest I go somewhere else. I wish I had! We had two pizzas delivered on the afternoon of Saturday, September 13th (2014) that would have needed to be a lot better just to qualify as crappy. Both pies were undercooked and looked like the delivery guy ran over them in his car before coming to the house. Fox's claims to be "home to a wonderful pizza" but ours were total abortions. NOTE TO FOX'S KITCHEN STAFF: PIZZA NEEDS TO BE COOKED! While the rest of the planet is already on this page, it apparently would be news to the "chefs" at Fox's, who see nothing wrong in serving up slabs of raw, flavorless dough topped with bland sauce and uncooked cheese. Seriously! It was like our pizzas were made in an Easy-Bake Oven. When I called to complain, the rank amateur working the phones tried to placate me by promising to "mention it to the guys in the kitchen". What kind of solution is that? What about offering to remake our pizzas, issuing a credit or granting us a refund upon returning the uneaten portion of our order? Evidently the cooks aren't the only people at Fox's who can't do their jobs. Anyone wanting to have the same Fox's on Wolf experience I had could save themselves a lot of time by just taking $40 or $50 out of their wallet and wiping their butt with it. I've been here three times and enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food so much. It's a great place for family's or a ladies night out! We happened to stop in on a Thur. night and they had kids karaoke, it was so cute the kids were having so much fun. They held it out on the patio which kept it a little separate from the dining room. We started with calamari... It was crispy, buttery and delish! Pizza was great as always and we ended with a yummy piece of gluten free chocolate cake. My wife and I have been going to Fox's on Wolf since they opened up. We were familiar with the other Fox's locations in Orland Park and in Beverly. Their bruschetta is fantastic and pretty much a must every time we visit. My go to item here is the Irish Reuben sandwich, which is always piled high with corned beef and 'kraut. If you like thin-crust pizza, you're also in for a treat. It's not my favorite pizza in the area, but I do get a craving for it from time to time. The speed of the service can be hit and miss, but the last few times we have been in the service has been top-notch. The one thing to note is that they often have entertainment on the weekends, so be aware of the fact that it might be very loud in there and having a conversation might be hard. I've been to Fox's or had takeout from there many times. Love the fennel sausage in the Fox's Special pizza. Their pizza is usually much better in the restaurant than it is through takeout. I was there again last night for a group event and was surprised that they only had 1 server for over 30 guests. My friends and I felt so bad for the poor guy - he looked super overwhelmed. That said, once all the orders were in I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get all our food out to the tables- hot and fresh. Terrible restaurant. I was picking up a pizza this evening and was told a 20-25 minute wait time. I arrived at 25 minute mark only to have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza. In the waiting area, their delivery drivers weren't wearing their masks properly and were not maintaining any social distancing. To make things worse, I finally get home to open up my pizza to see that they screwed up my order and didn't put the infringing on the entire pizza. This place sucks. read more

New to the area and a pizza lover so I gave them a try. It went from bad to worse quick. Ordered two pizzas back in late October while entertaining friends. The pizzas were soggy and lacking any memorable flavor. If that were the whole story I'd have just refrained from future patronage as being "not my style" and never even thought to give a negative review. This is just the beginning though unfortunately. I get a call a few hours later that night from someone at fox's telling me they lost my credit card information and that they need me to provide it again so they can charge me for my pizza. It was fishy enough sounding that I was actually somewhat on red-alert that this could be a scam attempt...but the phone number was indeed Fox's so I gave them my info again. Check my credit card statement a few weeks later and they've charged me TWICE for this order. Sheesh, c'mon man. I send a message through their online site direct to the Mokena Fox's location. I hear no response in the next two weeks so I'm forced to file a claim through my CC company to have the duplicate charge pulled. So that process plays out and I receive notice from the CC company here 2.5 months later that it's been resolved. I still don't even know if this was a fraud attempt, user error or negligence or what. Save yourself the disappointment here in the plentiful land of pizza options (chicagoland) and go a different route...or not I'm not your boss ;) read more
