They usually have a sandwich board out front when they're open so just go in there. Go around to the back. There's a counter to order at and more seating. It's about $12 for the Garlic Knots. We got these and they were great for sharing. Bad thing is these are often sold out. That's no surprise because these are by far the cheapest thing. It's $20 or more for a pizza. These are just regular sized pizzas. Crazy prices to be honest. They may be good but it's way too much for this. Great pizzas as long as you can get past the high prices and running out of so many ingredients and items. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. They have pretty limited menu and they still run out of whatever.

We had my father's retirement party at Fox's on Wolf January 3rd of this year. Our family are Fox's natives; we have been going to the Mokena location and the Orland location since I was little (I am now 37 years old). We have held numerous parties at these locations & my parents are regulars. There seemed to be a miscommunication as far as not being able to take home the food we had purchased for the party, there was a small, heated argument with the manager, Kendall. We were shocked that we could not take-home full pizza's that we had paid for due to it violating their health code/catering rules. We thought it was a bit ridiculous (and it is) that we could not take home the food we paid for considering it was a family event. Words were exchanged between our family & the manager Kendall, my family had given up trying to take the food home that we had paid for and proceeded to go back and enjoy the retirement party (we had rented and paid for the back room from 1:00pm-4:00pm). No sooner than later did the manager Kendall call the police on my 75 year old father's retirement party. Three cops pulled up to Fox's on Wolf, why you might ask we still don't know as no one from Fox's will call us back. My father has gone to the Orland location explaining the situation and hoped that the Owner would take a few minutes out of their day to reach out to loyal customers such as my parents. It has now been two months, and no one has called us. Seem's a little crazy that the police were called over trying to take pizza home that was already paid for. Not to mention how immature, unprofessional, embarrassing the manager Kendall was. Barking at my family members once the police arrived, threatening my 75-year-old mother who was trying to pay the bill (as two 6'3 cops are standing next to her) telling my mother that she can have the police kick my sister out of Fox's (over pizza, seemed like someone had a power trip going-yikes!). The point of this review isn't to bash Fox's, they have great food & have always been good to us. The issue is the manager Kendall calling the police on a retirement party & acting like trash once the police arrived. Why can't the Owner's call us and explain why exactly the police were called after we had given up on taking OUR food home & went back to the party. Not to mention after that entire situation we left early even though we had the room till 4:00pm. We are still waiting, 708-774-1358. Please give us a call and explain how you allow someone to run your restaurant that way. Sorry to leave a bad review but that is something that was taken to the next level by your employee. read more

It's disappointing to see such poor service and management attached to a once-great pizza name. Our experiences here have included dismissive service, unprofessional behavior, and an abysmal management response to customer concerns. At some point management needs to look in the mirror -- problems in a restaurant usually start at the top. Another ongoing issue is the temperature inside during colder months. The restaurant is consistently ice cold. Bring a jacket and plan to keep it on while eating. On most visits, about half the dining room is wearing coats, yet management doesn't seem to recognize the discomfort. We've visited at least six times over the past year and not once do I recall a favorable visit. Our last and final visit with our family and grandkids occurred yesterday and our disappointment reached a new high. What makes this especially disappointing is that we grew up on Fox's Pizza in the Beverly area of Chicago, where the pizza and service were always excellent. A reputation built over years shouldn't be this easy to lose. read more

The pizza here is good if you like a thin crust. That's the ONLY thing good at this restaurant. I would use the carry-out or delivery for the pizza and not dine in. EVERY TIME we have dined in we were disappointed. The service is unbelievably slow. If you dine in make sure you have a good 2 hours to kill (this is not an exaggeration). Good luck if you have a problem and need to speak with management! This place is run by rude staff that should take classes in customer service. One of the guests at our table had a full glass of pop spilled on him. The server said NOTHING and handed him a towel. The manager had a big smirk on his face and I'm not sure he could speak English because he said nothing. POOR MANAGEMENT...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! read more

Loved this place!! I'm a regular here and I bring my family here at least once a week. We love it. Great food, excellent service. Don't know her name for sure but one of the waitresses (I think her name was Angie?) was definitely one of the best servers I've ever had. So polite and friendly! This place has terrible pizza. They skimp on the cheese, and add cracker meal to their pizzas to bulk them up. Terrible dining service as well. They cant keep employees, or managers. Probably because they treat their employees like dogs. The owner is a psycho alcoholic, who has to breathe into a machine to start his car. And the owners kid walks around the restaurants belittling the staff. I wont go there anymore. read more

The server told me they would accept the coupon from their website on my phone so I proceeded to order what the coupon was for. At the end of the meal when she rang us out, the server and the manager then told me that they wouldn't accept the coupon from my phone. The server should have checked with the manager before we ordered the food. We won't be returning here. read more
