(Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering. I was glad to hand him the check. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. Is the owner of both businesses. He responded to a Yelp request to replace my old bathroom towel racks. My house is older and the drywall can be tricky.
