I went with Swartz Air and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the project. Charlie came out for the estimate, which was the lowest, is very knowledgeable, communicates well and was easy to reach for follow up calls. His install crew came out on time and were polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job installing the HVAC system and cleaned up the work areas completely. The furnace runs great as expected keeping us warm thru this cold winter. The AC was tested at install and ran much quieter than the previous unit did. That's a plus since the outdoor unit sits next to our deck. I highly recommend Swartz Air and they will be my first call for my future HVAC needs.

They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side. I work from home and my office is in the cool part and his TV room is in the south. We get direct sun that heats up that room quickly. Bottom line - this company is the bomb. One I look forward to having service our HVAC needs in the future.
