The guy who was the main installer triple checked that there were no water or gas leaks before he would leave. Mike(owner) has over 50 years of experience and he said he has installed over 23,000 water heaters in his career. Job was cheaper than quoted price because they could reuse some connectors/pipes. I also explained that I thought access to the valve to replace it might be a problem. Devon and Jay arrived by 3:30pm, cut a nice, neat access point, replaced the valve, tested all for leaks, put a new panel cover over the access point and cleaned everything all up by 4:30pm!
