This company is unprofessional with poor customer service. They did not specify a time or even provide me with a window to be prepared for the tech to arrive. Thursday rolls around, and I get a call while at work. They are telling me a tech is available now and I can either take it or leave it. I told them that I couldn't just drop everything at work an be at my house is 10 mins. However, after calling them back, I was able to negotiate a time. After I take time off of work to be at my house, I called them to make sure that a tech was on their way. The guy on the phone basically told me that I'll have to wait until their "big commercial customer accounts" are taken care of first. And that I was out of luck. I booked the company through ABC home warranty and let him know that I was promised priority placement if I went through a company contracted with ABC. He basically told me to go find another company. And that's what I did. I made sure to call ABC and tell them about how unprofessional Environmental Air is. This company doesn't care about small individual clients. All they care about is securing big fat corporate accounts. I will never use them again.

Once the house became mine a few years ago, I used a few other contractors, but recently decided to return to Wolfe and Sons. My address was still in the system from mom. Seemingly even when customers leave, they don't write them off. I'm glad I went back. They are responsive and they do good work. My humidifier had a leak. I had stopped using it years ago. When Wolfe's technician serviced the furnace, he was going to service it, and I told him it was broken, and I hadn't replaced it--as another company suggested I spend thousands of dollars doing, even though they didn't even check it. They just said, 'oh that's old, we can sell you a new one.' Wolfe's technician took it apart and discovered that a hose had cracked-not surprising given its age. He replaced the hose and it works just fine now. Wolfe does good work, and unlike other companies, they don't appear to engage in the practice of paying their technicians a commission if they upsell expensive and unnecessary equipment to homeowners. Wolfe is family owned, they've been in business a long time--probably because of their work ethic and integrity. I highly recommend them.
