Josh called day of and said they could come a little earlier than the appointment window, which worked out fine. As I suspected the 60-year-old drain pipe had a hole, actually a crack when he pulled it off. He fixed it right up, and though we know the rest of the pipes, original to the house, will need replaced eventually this got us going again. Price was reasonable for what it is. Service was great.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Definitely recommend and would call him out again in the future.

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I had a plumbing issue causing my toilet to be clogged. I called Roto-Rooter and asked for service…read morebut explained that my bathroom floor was sinking and the toilet was leaking along with the clog. I requested nicely for a person of smaller build come to my home because I was afraid of my floor falling into the basement, and they sent a man weighing about 500 lbs. I said nothing but thought about my conversation with the female receptionist about not sending someone who might cause more damage to my bathroom floor or toilet. The man walked into my house sits on my toilet, then goes to my basement, comes back upstairs and sits on my toilet again. I asked him if he fixed it and he stated "yes". I said, "that was quick". I paid the bill; over $500 and tipped him $10. After he left I flushed my toilet and it was still clogged. Roto-Rooter never refunded my money. Dooley Plumbing came the same day and fixed the problem. Only charged me $300 and wouldn't take a tip.

Decided to go with someone more expensive that at least had a customer service team that was human and talked to me. Then I found someone that was awesome and charged half what R&T was charging for the same service. Check out Kramer Electrical Services. Quentin Yutzy is awesome! https://kramerelectrical.com/ My profile shows that I am located in CA (because no one needs to know my location on the interwebs), but I live at Choctaw Lake outside of London, OH, (in case they try the 'We don't service CA' crap again) and Chase Lambert (once again, GREAT guy) was here on 1/28/26 to give me an estimate. I would have paid double just because of my interaction with Chase. Fortunately I had an issue with their 'customer service' and found a better company.
