He had to go get the parts and replace it but this took less than an hour. System is working great and this was done on a bitterly cold day in January. I figured that I would have to wait all day. It's still under warranty, he ordered the parts and charged me for them, saying I would be reimbursed from the company after the install. It has cost me $2,600 at this point, and it's still not fixed as of 8/18, and I haven't heard from them in a week. They've been routinely unreliable, setting up dates to come out for install and then not showing up or communicating. Do not use them if you have any other option.
