The worst part is, this is the same company that actually installed a new A/C system for us a few years ago. So I guess they'll be happy to do a big job for you, but don't expect them to service anything. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Just horrible customer service. It's Summer time, I understand you're busy, but a phone call literally takes 30 seconds.

We'd never get our money out of the super efficient one with the rebates . The one he recommended was about a third less and almost as good efficiency wise. Always watching the money, I looked into Costco. In the central Ohio area, Costco only uses one company and that company has very specific lousy Yelp reviews. Nope. We were going with CRT which we know does quality work. Price was reasonable. They arrived on the designated date, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with CRT Mechanicals

They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side.
