Called them again a few days later to book an appointment. No return call. Called again. No return call. It's been about 5 weeks overall and they ghosted me. The worst part is, this is the same company that actually installed a new A/C system for us a few years ago. So I guess they'll be happy to do a big job for you, but don't expect them to service anything. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Just horrible customer service. Unfortunately our 20 year system no longer had the freon available for the slow leak. Since the entire system was 20 years old, we opted to replace everything. Adam gave us good advice. We'd never get our money out of the super efficient one with the rebates . The one he recommended was about a third less and almost as good efficiency wise. Always watching the money, I looked into Costco. In the central Ohio area, Costco only uses one company and that company has very specific lousy Yelp reviews. Nope. We were going with CRT which we know does quality work. Price was reasonable. They arrived on the designated date, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with CRT Mechanicals

We ended up choosing Wenig's because they were so informative and responsive when they came out to look at our old unit. We were not let down with the quality and care taken of the new installation. I would highly recommend Wenig's to anyone that needs HVAC service or installation. I work for a commercial general contractor and people that care about quality are hard to come by in these days. It was a pleasant surprise to work with a company like Wenig's that was friendly, took care to protect our flooring during replacement, and installed high quality work.

Everyone was having damage to furnaces. So needless to say we were on a list everywhere, just to get the furnace fixed. Wenig's put us on a waiting list but soon responded to my desperation. They showed up wearing a mask, which we appreciated, fixed the furnace and was reasonably priced. We were so grateful for their quick response. Thank you Wenig's!

After 12 tumultuous years with another HVAC company who sold, installed and serviced our furnace -…read moreand then nickeled and dimed us and tried to tell us our furnace needed replacing ASAP, we found Care Heating & Cooling on Yelp and I picked them to get a second opinion based on their Yelp ratings and reviews. They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side. I work from home and my office is in the cool part and his TV room is in the south. We get direct sun that heats up that room quickly. Bottom line - this company is the bomb. One I look forward to having service our HVAC needs in the future.
