Josh called day of and said they could come a little earlier than the appointment window, which worked out fine. As I suspected the 60-year-old drain pipe had a hole, actually a crack when he pulled it off. He fixed it right up, and though we know the rest of the pipes, original to the house, will need replaced eventually this got us going again. Price was reasonable for what it is. Service was great.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Definitely recommend and would call him out again in the future.

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

The technician told me he could not get past 45 feet of line and suggested there was a collapsed pipe in my yard. I was verbally quoted a repair in the $6,000-$18,000 range. Before committing to a repair of that size, I obtained a second opinion. The second plumbing company cleared a blockage and provided video confirmation that there was no collapse or structural damage. Based on the major misdiagnosis, I requested a refund under their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Communication was slow, and I was made to feel like the video proof I provided from the second company was insufficient (even though it was time stamped, dated, and I shared the invoice summary). I initially received only a partial refund. After multiple follow-ups and escalation to ownership, I was ultimately refunded in full. I'm sharing this so others (especially first time homeowners) understand the importance of getting a second opinion before approving major excavation or high-cost repairs. While the final outcome was a full refund, it required time and persistence to resolve.

Plumbing Service on 8/2/2025…read more I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the plumbing service I received from Zoom Drain on August 2, 2025. I contacted your company for three issues: 1. A clogged drain in my walk-in tub 2. A replacement for the tub's drain stopper 3. A small leak under the kitchen sink I was told there would be a $200+ service charge--regardless of whether any work was completed. That should have been my first red flag. When the technician, Eric, arrived, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Not only did he fail to resolve any of the issues, but he also managed to make the situation worse. As for the simple task of replacing a drain stopper, I was told it would require an entirely separate visit. Seriously? This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and received nothing of value in return. There was no resolution, no professionalism, and certainly no reason to justify the cost. I trusted your company to provide reliable service, but this experience has felt like nothing short of a scam. I will be sharing my experience publicly so others can avoid the same mistake. Use this company at your own risk.

BREAKING NEWS: ECO PLUMBERS SWINDLES $5K FROM A FAMILY FOR A SHOTTY INSTALL THAN GHOSTS THEM…read more My install on Friday ended up with the sump pump spraying water all over the basement because of a lose fitting. That is an embarrassing mistake. I had to pull it out of the basin to stop it from soaking everything. So now my brand new pump was dry running for a while, not good. Dispatch told me someone might be out to my house by 11 pm, maybe midnight. I declined, that's ridiculous. I was told I was first stop on Sat morning but Mustafa didn't get to my house until after 10 am on Saturday and we had to be somewhere by 11. Someone was supposed to be to my house on Monday to finish and never showed. No communication. Father in law sat there all day. No one showed up yesterday either. No communication. I requested final invoice for my insurance claim. Still waiting on that. I am not satisfied with the incomplete install. I told Mustafa on Sat I am not paying for this stupid hoky club membership and deserve either it comped or canceled. I'm not sure he understood what I was asking. All he did was bring me an EcoFi folder and walked out. Not excited to use Eco ever again so why would I want it? I really hope you guys can make this right. I was warned Eco is overpriced from a plumber friend (he was going to do it for $3100) but I needed it quick and you guys took advantage of it. I work in a heavily competitive customer service industry too and I am full versed in what I have to do when you do a lousy job and need to save face. Eco has done nothing to make this right. There are plenty others to choose from. Skip these guys.
