Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. I chose him over a big company like Roto Rooter because I thought his prices might be better and I'd get better service. He came on a Friday to tighten up 2 rocking toilets and fix a small leak in our sink. He said he tightened the toilets, only one was actually fixed because after he left we noticed that the other still rocks when sitting on it. Chris informed us that he needed to order a part for the sink that would be in by Monday and he could return and fix it then, estimating the entire job to cost $250 which seems like a lot for tightening toilets (took him 15 minutes) and a leaky sink. But we were still willing to pay it. Monday came around and no calls, no show. I called and left a message with no response. Today is Tuesday and again I left a message with no returned call and he did not show up today. I assume that he has just given up on our job and won't be returning. I'm hoping that he doesn't expect to be paid for tightening up the one toilet and never returning because that's not happening. Do yourself a favor and call someone who shows up.

Plumbing One got back to me immediately and I was soon in touch with one of the owners -- Jess. Jess was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! She is incredibly punctual, kind, and overall just great customer service. Fair prices too.
