I was told I was first stop on Sat morning but Mustafa didn't get to my house until after 10 am on Saturday and we had to be somewhere by 11. Someone was supposed to be to my house on Monday to finish and never showed. No communication. Father in law sat there all day. No one showed up yesterday either. No communication. I requested final invoice for my insurance claim. Still waiting on that. I am not satisfied with the incomplete install. I told Mustafa on Sat I am not paying for this stupid hoky club membership and deserve either it comped or canceled. I'm not sure he understood what I was asking. All he did was bring me an EcoFi folder and walked out. Not excited to use Eco ever again so why would I want it? I really hope you guys can make this right. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. He went and bought a part, installed it, and brought me a picture of pipes above the water heater that had a lot of rust and corrosion, and told me they needed replacement. Another $200. So I paid him. Later I checked the bathroom (he never went in there) and the faucet was stI'll running. The problem wasn't fixed. I called the company and was told there was no one who could come out. They would send someone the next day. In the meantime, my son got a friend to come and look, he diagnosed a problem with the faucet, got the parts and fixed it in less than a half hour. My son called the company to complain and asked for a call back. Instead they called me and said the repairman fixed something that needed to be fixed offered no apology or remuneration and hung up. BTW, my water heater was new. I think they saw an older woman, and saw an opportunity to make some money.
