I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!

I got soap on my hand and went down to the restroom, the Manager saw me and pointed out a sink in the last row. I've learned something new! I go the next morning she does the pinning then I get to the register they start talking in their language and then told me $150. $150?!! is insane for a dress alteration I've been to them before and got charged WAY much less. I told them that was super high and the lady snatched the dress from the counter and whispered "such a waste of time" and starting taking the pins out. Very nasty behavior and rude I will not be going back.

So I arrive the first thing I noticed was the smell. The smell of this place is not pleasant, AT ALL. I went a week ago and will not be back. The washer did not spin my clothes enough they were still wet after that washing cycle. NOT DAMP BUT WET and of course this is gonna cause you to spend more money drying them because who wants damp clothes? Almost NONE of the card readers worked for the washing machine. Dryers need to be fixed as well. I'm leaving this review so I know which laundromat to never use again!

They are open early, I was there at 715a and they were open. Sue was friendly & helpful. They don't have same day service which is a down side. So in at 715a on Wed, you get it back after 3p on Thursday. Trousers are $3.79, shirts are a buck fifty. She gave me a 20% new customer discount. Cash or check only. After getting my two pair of trousers back, I'm very pleased. I even had a stain on one pair they were able to remove. I've found my local cleaners!

They always do an exceptional job and communicate when something can't be done. No reason to argue when a company admit to not being able to fix a product. All their staff is super friendly and helpful. Again, with their volume don't put an item here if you're not willing to lose it. That's the advice I have for everyone here. They have the best price in the area and are super busy. People are having high expectations for a place that has the lowest price and quickest production. You get what you pay for.

There is also a food bar, no - not vending machines, there is an actual person selling food there. But there was a group of shady looking folks at the end of the walkway that kept walking past the storefront. One asked me to buy her something and I said no. I saw another one of them sitting inside. Not the best look. Anyway, the place has everything you need, but it's nothing special. It needed to be swept when I went and the place looks pretty old. It's also kind of expensive. I paid $9 for a large-ish washer, but I only could fit a comforter (not fluffy) and two sheets in. I mean it gets the job done, but don't expect anything nice.
