Mr. Chung was friendly and professional--he has been in the business for over 45 years! He promptly attended to her (even though she had not made a reservation or called ahead) and to take the measurements, he provided her with shoes because she forgot to bring hers. A week later, which is so fast for this type of gown, she picked it up and it was perfectly hemmed to "floor length." The stitches on the delicate mesh lining are immaculate and both the outer and inner skirts' hems are even all around. So glad to know we have a reliable and skilled tailor to whom we can take our fancier clothes for alterations!

I asked them WHY when I only came in for a simple alteration but they then gave me "their professional opinion". It really pissed me off bcus now I cannot move my arms around in that jumpsuit bcus it definitely causes a nip slip---ofc I wear nipple covers----but BEFORE that alteration I did *not* need to worry about that. And then attempts to send you on your way in less than 15 minutes - on my first fitting I needed my neck altered for a high neck dress because it was too loose. When I came back for the second it was twisted and they had unwrapped the material and it needed to be folded back over. -Additionally I am a small busted person, my satin material kept me from getting a built in bra and she just kept telling me I needed to get a push up... push up what?!?! I repeatedly asked for them to adjust the pleats on the front to fit and when she took up the neck it altered where the pleats fell and she refused to fix them -when I came in for my finally fitting the neck was STILL not done or stitched when I was suppose to take my dress home that day... she made me hold the dress while she shittily hand stitched the neck while I held the dress up. -Additionally where she had taken in the sides the material was ruffled underneath resulting in the dress falling weird and ruffling at the seam and insisted she could do nothing about the material underneath and just attempted to steam it out which didn't work. -additionally when I picked up my dress there were SEVERAL pulled threads on the bust where they had not been careful when working with the dress Do not recommend

When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.

She could not show them to us but she did show us the other pair. We had to wait a day to pick them up. They had been dropped off two weeks prior. We can only assume she loaned them out to someone. When we picked up the pants, after she could not show them to us, she charged us a second time, we always pay when we drop off. Do not trust this dry cleaner.
