I was away for a week recently and Rich came and sat with my dogs. He treated them and my apartment with great care. He even indulged my neurosis by calling me while I was away to let me know my boys were fine. I'm sorry if the poster's "friend" had a bad experience, but I have to agree with Zach, its a little suspicious, I'm wondering if maybe its not just a shameless plug (pug?) for another service. I've never once had an issue with GL. Love them. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Shortly after adoption she tested positive for heartworm, and David and company helped manage her medical needs with potty breaks even though she wasn't allowed to exercise. Now she is visited by Jenna, Rachel, or Sarah. They all love Nellie and give me an email update post walk, sometimes with adorable photos. David is a good communicator and flexible with scheduling. Nellie and I are moving out of their service area and sadly can't take Roslindog Walks along, or I'd be a forever client.

Only five stars? Well, I'd like to give 15 to Pupchella…read more Pupchella was so kind to our dog Max during his last year of life. He was having issues with signals from his spinal cord to his hind legs that made walking difficult. Sometimes he just didn't want to get up for his walks. Cassidy and I decided that he really enjoyed seeing his regular dog walker, but instead of walking him if he didn't stand up, his walker would pat him and offer him water. Cassidy's employees went from dog walkers to hospice workers as Max's issues were terminal. My husband and I are so thankful and grateful that we were able to find Pupchella for when Max was younger and could go on walks and for when he was old and just wanted to be petted. We cannot recommend the compassionate and loving care that Pupchella offers.

Do NOT recommend for anxious dogs. This company has major problems with internal communication…read more There is also a complete lack of communication with me about changing the walker last minute, despite repeated requests and complaints about this happening again and again. When I first started with this dog walking company, I spoke with the owner Elizabeth who was very reassuring and seemed to have a process in place for getting anxious dogs familiar with their walker. We started off well, with slow meet and greets with our designated walker, and with a plan to start getting my dog familiar with her backup walker. However, after 5 months, they started sending a third walker without notifying me at all. I called and spoke with the owner, who again reassured me. However, this continued to happen, and I learned that our training plan for the backup walker was never communicated. I was redirected to the manager JC, who also stated he would get to the bottom of the issue and solve it, but they continue to send a different walker without notifying me beforehand.

Time for an update! I'm proud to say Woofie and I are now clients of On the Run…read more When I scored a new gig and knew I'd be away from home longer than before on a given workday, I emailed On the Run. Woofie was already known in the neighborhood as kind of a terror, so I half expected them to politely decline my request to walk my four-legged bark monster. Instead, Pat responded thoughtfully to my email and agreed to meet up with us and take Woofie on for a trial period. We both agreed their dog playgroups could be great for socializing him, given/despite his moderately aggressive history. So far, so good! My dog behaves well and loves the socialization and exercise he's been getting with their service. How it works is simple: they come to my apartment, pack Woofie into a car with a few other dogs, bring him to an off-leash park for an hour, and return him, exercised and happy, to my door! I leave a check out once a week, and we're done! I come home from work and find a pooped pooch passed out on the couch. Aside from making the process of scheduling and executing dog walks super easy, Pat and Yaron are flexible, communicative, and kind. They really do go above and beyond their job of walking my dog, and it really is appreciated, every day. Thanks guys!

Many dog walkers take the dog to the park and ignore the dog, but not these guys!
