Very bad service, 3 times in 2 weeks they forgot to pick up my dog but they sure remembered to charge me. I have heard the owner rich cooksey getting into altercations multiple times while walking dog around town also. Wow! I was shocked to see Raimee's review. I have been a client of Gentle Leaders for almost three years and I wouldn't trust my pugs with anyone else. I was away for a week recently and Rich came and sat with my dogs. He treated them and my apartment with great care. He even indulged my neurosis by calling me while I was away to let me know my boys were fine. I'm sorry if the poster's "friend" had a bad experience, but I have to agree with Zach, its a little suspicious, I'm wondering if maybe its not just a shameless plug (pug?) for another service. Lori, our dog walker, is a match made in heaven for our one-year-old Australian Shepherd. The highlight of my work day is when Lori sends us pictures and videos from their walk. Rain or shine, Lori is dependable and responsible. She even brought a rain jacket for him when we didn't own one yet. Lori has a passion for dogs and cares for them as if they were her own. Lori from Gentle Leaders has been walking our 2 dogs for over a year and we couldn't be happier with her. She is extremely friendly, professional, and easy to get a hold of.
