Sandy paws did an amazing job grooming my dog Luna! She can sometimes be anxious and sheds ALOT but they did an awesome job of communication and recommending a few things in regards to de shedding treatment, etc. Would highly recommend!

Two pups, a Goldendoodle and a Bernedoodle.

The environment was very calm, and the team there was friendly and nice! Happy we were able to get in and join the rest of their happy clientele. Jessica was great and trimmed both dogs to exactly how we wanted.

Kiki is happy six days into her long stay

This is the second time boarding my dog Kiki. I was worried about leaving her for over a week but six days in and she looks very happy. They are always responsive when I send a text to check in. I feel confident that she is happy and in good hands!

My Daisy has been going here for at least 2 years for grooming. I definitely recommend them for grooming. My dog is very stubborn and not easy to work with, but her groomer Jess does a great job, and she's very professional. read more

My amazing groomer Kerry left and moved to the west coast and they hired 2 new groomers. I brought my dog to Nick who did a horrible job and it took him hours. When I called to make another appointment, I specifically requested the other groomer, a woman. I went to the appointment only to have the women at the counter tell for "Nick" who not only was behind but I specifically avoided the appointment being with him. I explained this to the woman at the counter but she failed to say a word and let me just walk out the door. I never got a call to apologize or to explain what happened. What a horrible business. I would have expected more from a privately owned business. I have been a great customer and they don't care! read more

Our 9 year old dog has gone here multiple times. On the last visit, the groomer didn't secure her to the lead in the bath and she was able to jump out of the raised tub, landing on her back. While I appreciate that they called us right away to let us know she might be hurt, I do not appreciate them not taking precautions to keep her safe and then offering us 50% off the service. At 9 years old, a fall like that can be catastrophic and I will never trust them with any animal ever again. read more

I sent my senior Yorkie here for his grooming where he was cut on his stomach by groomer Fatima. They did not inform me of this when I picked him up, and it was not until I got home that I noticed blood on his stomach. His haircut was rough and choppy on top of this, so they offered to have his face trimmed again. Although I appreciated this and also that they refunded half of the service, I was only offered an apology by the manager, not the groomer. For the proclaimed "yorkie specialist", this is the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer and can't believe I waited a month for this particular groomer. Management was helpful, but wouldn't come back as it's the most disheartening and disappointing feeling to drop off your pup for a routine cut just to get them back injured by an unapologetic "specialist" groomer. If I had not advocated for my pet, it would have been brushed off. read more

Called last minute to get an appt for my dog's nails to be clipped. I was able to get an afternoon appt. The receptionist is great. She offered to discard my dog's used poop bag when I entered the shop. Nail Tech was so sweet. My dog was very calm while having her nails done. She usually has some anxiety but was great with her. I love this place and frequented with my past dog also. The owner was very helpful recommending a dog food for her, when transitioning to another and, she loved it. I highly recommend this place for your fur baby. read more

I have been taking my dog here after moving to the area a year ago. They are great with him, and love being able to board our dog without worry when we leave town. Their prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and responsive, and overall we are extremely pleased to have such a great place so close to our home. read more

Brought our mini golden mountain doodle for her first grooming appointment this morning and he was great! Kerry did the grooming and was super nice and explained everything. I had a meeting so couldn't pick her up until after she was done being groomed, and that was fine. The price was very reasonable and all of the staff I encountered were great and knew my dogs name after just a few minutes! Easy to park nearby, as well. Definitely recommend! read more

I brought my pup in for a practice sleepover for boarding. He is a very nervous dog so I was worried he wouldn't do well. The staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving them in his care. I'm confident he will do well during his actual boarding and will be well cared for. read more

You need to know that when you make an appointment at this place, you can pick what vet you want to see and I will take Dr. Chopra over any vet on the planet. He has saved my nine-year-old pitbull now three times. Just recently, he cut two huge sections of cancer out that just missed his organs. This dog means the world to me and I have many dogs and they all see Dr. Chopra. This place is no longer a veterinarian office. Dr. Chopra is no longer a vet. These people to me have become my family. From the girls who work at the front counter who I love and the Doran took care of me when I had to put one of my dogs down and they gave me nothing but love when nobody else did. crazy Carl who no matter what Animal you bring in he will give it a hug and a kiss in the lips and show it nothing but love even if it bites him he's crazy like that, but I love them. To the girls who help in the back with Dr. Chopra to hold my dogs down while we have to stitch them up by hand sometimes. This doctor was so good to me that he sees my dog every other day and never charged me. He sold my dog up every other day. Went through and what this man did he went so above and beyond it's not even funny. I owe these people part of my soul. I'm the type of guy that will tell you like it is whether you like it or and I'm telling everybody here that this veterinarian place will go above and beyond to save your animal. Dr. Chopra was on vacation and still made me send him pictures every day of my dogs recovery while he was on vacation and got back to me every day. He didn't have to do that but he actually cares most vets. Yeah they're in it for the money and they charge a lot of money. That's part of the game deal with it. But I'm telling you right now this place and everybody in it I can't speak highly enough of all of them. So if you're looking for a good vet with all my heart, I'm telling you, Dr. Chopra is the best around.

Both of my dogs supposedly had the same procedures done, yet during an emergency situation when I had to travel overseas, I found out one of my dogs was missing vaccines and apparently never had a microchip registered -- even though I was told otherwise. To make matters worse, the staff could not find important records and were very unprofessional and rude when I tried to get answers. During a stressful emergency, the last thing a pet owner needs is confusion, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. I trusted this clinic for years and now I feel completely let down. Please think twice before bringing your pets here.

My dog has been going to Sandy Paw's daycare for 4 years, and I have nothing but high praise for the establishment and the people who work there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that my buddy is happy and safe while I am at work. Kristi, who is with the dogs in the daycare all day, has taken the time to contact me when she felt that my buddy wasn't feeling well or just acting "off" his usual temperament. Carol is such a happy face to see when you walk into the establishment, and Stephanie (the owner) has been nothing but gracious and understanding. I would recommend Sandy Paw to any parent of a dog, who wants their "kid" to have a good time and be safe while you aren't able to be around. We are very happy that we were able to find Sandy Paws to leave our dog with them while we were on vacation. The whole time that we were gone, we felt good and we knew that he was in good hands. The owner would even send us pictures every once in a while to show us that Charlie (my dog) was doing good and there was nothing to worry about, since we were afraid because it was the first time we left him with someone for a long period of time. My dog does not like going to the groomers. Sandy Paw took that into account and handled all of my requests (no cage) (please call as soon as she is ready) with ease. They called me to let me know that the dog was matted and she needed to be shaved. It had been a year since the dog was groomed. When she was done, it was evident that the groomer did everything possible to get her fur healthy without making her look shaved. The dog looked fabulous. She smells fabulous. My little Yorkie does not like to get his hair cut. The 1st time I brought him in he got a great puppy cut, the 2nd time tho, he gave the groomer such a hard time, she couldn't do a whole lot of cutting. Third time, I gave him some hemp (specifically for dogs) and we got a great cut! He still gave her a bit of a hard time but she was able to work her scissor magic! I'm so glad none of us gave up! It's obvious the people here looooove the dogs... we'll be back in another 6 weeks or so! read more

I just wanted to say what a great place The Sandy Paw is. I have been bringing my dog there for doggie daycare now for the past 3 years. My dog loves the staff and she always runs right in whenever I drop her off. She gets walked and plays all day with the many dog friends she has met there so I know she will be one tired pup when I get her home. We have been taking our lab to Sandy Paw for doggy daycare since she was a puppy. Staff is extremely friendly and caring towards our dog. She knows the days she goes to doggie daycare and is waiting by the dog. I would highly recommend the Sandy Paw for doggie daycare. Evenings after a day of doggie daycare are very quiet. So very thankful to have such a gem of a store in town. read more

My dog has been groomed here for years and Sue Always makes my pup look amazing! Then we learned about the daycare when the new owners took over in September. Wonderful place! I brought my dog in for a daycare evaluation and they were so kind and knowledgeable! My dog has never been with groups ( small or large) of dogs so he was nervous but the staff handled him very well! They were professional but you can see they really care about an enjoy working with dogs. Highly recommend!!! read more

We have 2 senior dogs. One is blind and the other has the beginning stages of CHF. Deidra did a beautiful job and handled them with such care. Since Deidre was new I really appreciated the notes they kept from our previous visit. They turned out exactly how we like them trimmed I would highly recommend! read more

Won't bring my dog back, can't follow simple directions. Now my dogs eye is infected. Only reason is because the other groomer is now doing mobile calls only. Will have to find someone better. read more
