I arrive at the store and a girl with black hair told me she cannot make my juice because they turned off the juicers. At this time, I was disappointed, but not mad. I simply asked if they'll refund me then. That girl said yes. Days later, I've called multiple times and spoken to the store. I have my receipt on the app as proof. The charge is there on my credit card. The manager is doing nothing. No drink. No refund.

I decided to try your deli for the first time today and was not disappointed. Service was amazing, ambiance was wonderful. My son and I both had the Wednesday special, the NY Steak sandwich. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the combination of arugula, balsamic, and horseradish aioli was delicious. We even brought home a lasagna for dinner tonight.
