    Carmel Apple Crunch sundae

I love the caramel apple crunch sundae! The apple pie filling with the caramel, crunch, and ice cream is the perfect combo. They have the best customer service, always so friendly. All of their other ice cream combos and options are great too--never disappointed!

My son and I were looking for a place to grab a sandwich and saw the banner on the side of the building, showing sandwiches and salads. Upon entering it was a little confusing. It was kind of like a food cart in your local mall. We walked through looking for the sandwich shop, but only saw salads in one shop, ice cream and custard in another, Mexican in another and I believe Asian at another counter. There seemed to be no one in sight. Then a young cashier at the custard shop said he could take our order. I told him we needed to order sandwiches and he said he could do it there, and he handed us a paper menu. We placed our order for two sandwiches and sat down in their large seating area. We told him we would be dining in, but when we were called to pick up our order the food was at the salad counter, but it was packed to go. I ordered the grove and my son ordered the Ben Barton. They were very hefty and mine tasted really good. My son had a different opinion. Not bad for wandering aimlessly into a place that was not planned. I found out that there's a vintage store across the street and that made it all worth while.

Ham and Turkey, toasted with all the fixings - literally the best sandwich I have had in a long long time!

Honestly this is the biggest hidden gem in Redlands.... So it's an indoor food court of sorts, they have about 5 different options- Mexican, Hawaiian, sandwiches, and frozen custard. Honest to god it's the best sandwich I had in years.... The ingredients are so fresh, and it was huge I was stuffed! Here's a picture of my sandwich

Small Vanilla Custard with Peanut Butter

In our search for frozen custard, we ended up in Redlands at Therons Marketplace. Whats unique about this place is the multiple selections of food. However, we were onpy there for dessert and did not order any of their other food selection. I ordered the Vanilla Custard with Peanut Butter mixed in. This was a custom order and not off their signature menu. The staff was extremely polite and was able to answer our questions of what was their best seller, as well as their personal recommendation. The price is affordable and they offer different sizes. The inside was very clean. There are plenty of tables as well as a outdoor patio area. Parking is somewhat another issue. The building I next to a church, so you have to find parking on the street or in the back of the building. The rear parking is only 1 way in, and unless you're able to reverse your car into the stahl, you'll have to reverse your way out of the parking lot. Overall, this place is a great spot to satisfy your frozen custard craving.

Located in Cajon. Limited parking on the street in front. There was only three employees, one at every counter. This was our first time here. My son was loved Theron's frozen custard when they were near The Grove, but since then the opened this deli market. There's a soup, salad, and sandwich counter to your right, the Freddy's Hawaiian plate and Senor Mexican and of course the famous Theron's frozen yogurt to your left. My hubby and I ordered the extra large Hawaiian plate with shredded pulled pork, teriyaki chicken and beef. The beef was over cooked, but the other meats were fine. It does come with a scoop of rice and macaroni salad. Reminded me of being in Hawaii again. The teens ordered The Grove sandwich. Pesto, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles with balsamic vinegar grilled on squaw (sweet) bread. They both loved this sandwich! If we came back, they'd order this again. I split the Hawaiian Betty with my hubby and it was pretty good. We selected the vanilla frozen custard. It comes with pineapples, shredded coconuts, bananas and macadamia nuts. Maybe less on the toppings and more of the frozen custard. Would we come again! Most definitely so that we can try the other food that they serve!

I am hooked on the Chicken Rancher on black pepper focaccia sandwhich Warm sandwich and they can add on the side something you may want for the sandwich if they have it.. The salads are good also. Service is good and most customer service employees go out of the way to accommodate.. The food prep staff are fairly quick with turning out orders, even at the drive thru..However, a tip would be to check your bag that all items are in there especially smaller items like spreads and chips etc.. I had things missing a couple of times.. if you catch it they are good at correcting the error. If you want pastries, get in there before eve as it seems they only make a certain amount and that goes for favorite items as well. Ambiance: Average only with an interesting drive thru. If you're not careful turning into the lot, you could Miss Panera's drive thru altogether.. Outdoor eating area, not a fan of the setting.. also, I do believe this Panera is new to that area.. I would recommend it if you are in the area or live out there as Panera's are few.. 3.75 stars. Enjoy..Til next time

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception. Real props to them for still providing excellent customer service with each of their tables. Their food comes out fast, and they all tasted amazing. And their drinks too look visually stunning and tasted great. We ordered the following foods and drink: 1. Gyu set- comes with several meats that you cook on the fire. High quality. Great taste. Extremely tender and flavorful. 2. Short ribs- they were so good we had to get another order of them. 3. Sushi taco- 3 different types of seafood. Tasted really good, ended.up getting 2 orders of them. 4. Spicy tuna crispy wanton- lots of spicy tuna. Love the flavors. The crunch of the taco was really good. 5. Chicken karaage- crispy and tender. The sauce it came with was so good. 6. Tempura shrimp- 3 peices only. It was ok. A great appetizer to start with. 7. Spicy pork bao- bao bun was amazing. Pork was soft and tender. Good ratio of meat to bao. 8. Smoked brisket bao- not as good as the spicy pork. But was still really good. 9. Hand roll was also really good. Drinks: 1. White peach sake sangria- this drink was so light and refreshing. Definitely hit me by the time I finished it though. 2. Yuzu pineapple express- our favorite drink by far. Very pineapple forward. Sweet, tart and refreshing. 3. Tokyo tea- the midori made it look so pretty. The taste itself was very good as well. 4. Rising sun- Japanese whiskey. It was very whiskey forward, but it was also very smooth. I love how they had a little bit of everything here. Pork, chicken, raw fish, sushi, bbq, bao buns, Ramen, a whole bunch of different appetizers. Everything that we tried was really good, and put a smile of happiness on our face as we took a bite and tried them. There's a little bit of everything for everyone here. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. It was not cheap. Every little thing added up. But we did order a lot of food and drinks. But everything was really good. Make sure you have specify indoor dining. The ambiance is relaxed with upbeat music playing in the background. It's a great place for a date. We ordered an espresso martini, house ricotta, pan seared salmon, and alla lori pizza. Everything had so much flavor which is what surprised me. Portions are decent. The bread that came with the house ricotta had so much flavor and they served a generous amount of ricotta. The carrots with the ricotta surprised me. It was so delicious that I ate them by itself. The alla lori pizza was my overall favorite. I never thought of adding honey to pizza. I will come back for the pizza alone. Perfect blend of sweet and savory. The service was super friendly and fast. 5/5 star review Espresso martini: 8/10 (strong coffee taste) House ricotta: 9/10 (wish it came with more bread) Pan seared salmon: 9/10 Alla lori: 10/10

We ordered their chicken pesto pasta, but you're able to customize protein and the type of pasta. Pizzas are really solid with different flavors every month but they have a consistent 3-5 pizzas every night. Dessert was also very good. We got their gelato ice cream that was locally made. Overall great experience and looking forward to the next time I go here!
