    I went in for service and was treated horribly! I needed them to diagnose my 2014 Kia and they never even looked at it before telling me I needed a new engine! When I questioned how'd they'd know ,the service guy ( younger 30ish guy) acted like I was asking if the pope was Jewish! "He looked at me and said it's going to cost around 10gs and I don't think you can afford that!" I then asked to speak to someone else. After explaining to another service person I explained what was up with the car. He printed something out and walked into a room with 4 other men. They laughed and whispered and the 2nd service gentleman said it's no longer under warranty and asked me if I had AAA. And stated I shouldn't take in on the highway! Not one time did anyone even start my car!! I'll NEVER buy Kia and I do not recommend this dealership!

    BUYER BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! So much for a recommended dealer offer. Spoke with Monte Kline, wouldn't honor an offer thats good for a week, on a 2024 truck. I start asking questions, and find a house built on sand. It's a shame whats happened to morals and values in this country. Seems like it getting harder to find businesses that have honesty, integrity, etc...

    George and Tanner provided me with some of the best customer service that I have received at any car dealership that I've been to. George was a great sales rep, he respected my time, and didn't try to play any games or try to trick me in any way during negotiation. Furthermore, he was very knowledgeable on the vehicles that I asked about, and when he didn't know something, he didn't guess, he researched the question and provided me with an answer right away. Tanner, as the manager on duty that day, was very straightforward with me, and look me in the eyes when he shook my hand. He did everything in his power to ensure that I got the deal that I wanted and that I was satisfied at the end of the day. This dealership is where I will continue to do business and refer other to when they are looking for a place to get a vehicle or for maintenance.

    LED in headlight went out and they quoted me $1200. So I think I'll find any kind of alternative rather than pay that much.

    Great service department!…read more I came here for service with my Chevy truck after a coworker recommended... and both times so far this shop went well above and beyond my expectations. This is a dramatic improvement in my service experience at other Chevy dealers.

    We bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox EV from Foundation Chevrolet and if it hadn't of been a…read morehard to find car at the time we probably wouldn't have after we found out about the $799 "Colorado " fee they tack on to every vehicle whether you think it adds any value or not. Spoiler alert, it's just a money grab by the dealership and adds little to no value. Now on to our issue, which to be clear is only about the management and complete lack of customer service they provide. We did look over our car and test drove it, but being this was a brand new car we did not inspect every inch with a fine tooth comb, which apparently was a mistake at Foundation because they did not do a thorough enough inspection upon delivery of the car to catch the defect we later found when the sunlight hit the car just right two weeks after buying. We found a defect in the paint which, if it was just cosmetic, we could probably deal with but the way the paint is bubbled water could get in there and cause rust so it needs to be fixed. Foundation is about an hour away, so it took us some time to get our car there, but we did text our salesman as soon as we found it, but in the meantime, we've taken our car to another Chevy dealer and an independent auto body shop and the consensus of both is that there are NO brushstrokes visible, and the paint job is too perfect so it had to have been sprayed , yet there is no evidence of tape lines so the only conclusion is the defect happened at the plant before it was painted. When we take it back to Foundation to have the warranty work done their manager claims to see brushstrokes. Now why he would falsely claim this to deny a customer warranty work on a car they sold with a defect is a question I would like answered. He provided zero level of customer Service. He should've been advocating for us to get the warranty work instead of just writing it off , but instead he said that we would have to be out of pocket to have that defect fixed. This speaks volumes about the lack of integrity, honesty, and 0% commitment to any customer satisfaction the management at Foundation Chevrolet have. We will also be filing a complaint with better business bureau
