So, I tell him I need solenoid, gasket, filter and Trans fluid, gave him vehicle info, etc. He is still being rude, pulls up filters, looks at solenoid, tells me they don't have any in stock, then asks me what kind of solenoid I need, I went to look at phone, to look at picture of code that came up, but he quickly walked away and began helping people behind me, then proceeded to put things away and seemed to be finding anything else to do then to return to counter where he left me standing, finally comes back up and says "you figure it out yet" I went to show him my phone w code, and without even looking at it or letting me say not one word, he says we don't have any, and walks away again. I don't think this is standard procedure, and I also work in customer service, and if I were to treat any customers this way it would be absolutely unacceptable. As a female that does not know shit about cars, it's already a little uncomfortable having to go into auto parts store bymyself, but is that not what they are supposed to be there for, as part of their job? And come to find out this guy is a manager!! Unbelievable how I was treated, me being a female, or just being there was enough to set you off. Just wanted this to be known in case any other females need to get any parts, I would suggest avoiding this location. Tony at the Ralston store is awesome, though. read more

Within 15 seconds of entering the store Phil knew I needed a bulb for my vehicle. At checkout he said he could install it for me, so I said sure. Of course it's never easy, we had to move the battery so Phil got his tools out & we moved the battery out of the way & he replaced the bulb ( in 10 degree temperature) . Thanks Phil! read more

Employee named Curtis is so rude. Rolled his eyes when I brought back my diagnostic test, was condescending when he answered my questions, was extremely dismissive etc.. Overall 0/10 for Curtis but the other guys working there are pretty chill. I'll be avoiding this auto zone from now on thank you Curtis! read more

I came in after my check engine light came on. Normally I'm super impressed by autozone employees being really nice and helpful. The guy who offered to help me came to my car and hooked up the machine. After a few minutes of awkward silence and him flipping the lid off and on his lighter I asked him how his day was, to which he responded "ehhhh... Just another day." As he pulled out his phone and spent the rest of the time the machine was working checking out whatever was cooler than the customer was in front of him. I'm less than impressed with this customer service and would have bought the part to fix my car the same day had he been a little more friendly... Or normal. read more

terrible customer relations. had a customer bring their Murano for me to check the transmission. that was in February, 2019. they had a transmission replaced in October of 2018. they had the first shop replace the transmission twice, and then brought it to my shop for the third replacement. transmission was well within the 6 month warranty, but the commercial sales person took a month and a half to decide to do the right thing and cover that warranty. then she decided I was not allowed to do the repair. way over stepping her boundaries. that went on for two more weeks. the transmission that was being installed were used ones, strange for autozone. when they finally got a transmission for me, I was out with the flu, but I called her at the end of that week and told them I would be up with the old transmission, and she informed me the transmission was missing. they finally got another one, she tells me I had one day to get up there get this transmission and bring the other one to them. two months of waiting, she still says this, what a control freak. this is a warranty part, not one I ordered and didn't go get. the commercial sales person at a parts store is supposed to order parts ands make sure the shops get wjhat they need to fix customers cars. Raeann seems to think its her job to impede any work getting done, not help shops get the parts to fix the cars. every step of the way, she has caused delays, and argued with me about every thing. I have been in this business since 1982, and I have never seen a commercial sales person with such poor customer service skills. I am sitting here typing this review because I think people should know what to expect from their parts stores. especially businesses. I left the subframe on the car, and the transmission is still on it, even tho it is unbolted, so there would not be a big fluid mess under the truck, but as soon as I am done here, I will pull the subframe and load the transmsission in the truck and take it to them. we will see if they actually have a transmission or not. read more
