They deserve a raise for always going above and beyond, but because they make me feel comfortable returning to this store, I am comfortable sending my children there, my family/friends. Thank you, Dale & Dale!

I had a slight emergency, had to have them put on a summer tire when my winter tire blew. They took care of it in about ten minutes, ordered me new tires (which are usually really hard to find), called me as soon as they arrived and had me in and out within about twenty minutes when changing two. The price was surprisingly low and the fact that they could take care of it very quickly was a total life saver. Will definitely be back to this place, hopefully under less of an emergency, highly recommend their services.

Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.
