Kenzie stepped in and went ABOVE AND BEYOND at every single turn. She personally helped advocate for me to make sure my warranty was honored at Foundation Chevrolet and facilitated multiple calls between me and my warranty company to help get everything worked out. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or just another service appointment. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly and consistently, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. What really stood out to me, though, were the little things that she absolutely did not have to do. I have two small, very busy toddlers, and when we were figuring out all of the logistics, Kenzie even offered to help take the car seats out of my vehicle for me. As a mom, that small gesture meant SO much. It showed me that she wasn't just thinking about the repair. She was thinking about me and my family and how she could make an already stressful situation easier for us.
