I needed to get my Jeep in on short notice right before Christmas to get a warning light checked out and my A/C was making an odd noise. I called a few places with no luck until I called Golden Triangle. They got me in, diagnosed it, and fixed everything all in one day. I recommend this shop. Thanks! read more

My driver side window wouldn't go back up and they were able to get my vehicle in the next day and complete it that same day. No surprise costs and very communicative and very friendly. read more

I always come here for oil changes and any other issues I experience with my car. David and Marc are always kind, professional and detail oriented. I love how they provide pictures of any issues upon completing inspections. Take5 oil change messed up my oil plug but Golden Triangle always takes care of my car and does it the right way. I appreciate their business and will be back! read more

Very good and honest guys. Fair pricing and fast turnaround service! I've used them a couple of times and they have been very thorough and transparent with what needs done and things to keep an eye on. read more

I took my car to the dealer I bought it from and they were going to charge me $649 for an oil change, holy cow! Then I took it to Golden Triangle, much better!! They were very honest and great to work with and much cheaper!! I will be going here from now on. read more

5-Star in my book! I only said I'd 'maybe' because I didn't actually receive service on my vehicle but I did receive great customer care! I spoke with Anthony who did an over-the-phone diagnostics and after carefully probing, with his experience, he kindly said he didn't think he could help me (because of the year, make and model of my care) and he didn't want to cost me more money only to not be able to fully complete the service I might need. He further recommended another mechanic in town who he felt could take good care of me. Anthony was not only super kind, his professionalism was bar none! I will definitely recommend Golden Triangle Auto. Although they couldn't help me this time, I will give them a chance next time I'm in need a car service! read more

Amazing all the way through. Fast, communicated, and reasonably priced. Well done guys!

Reasonable price. Service went quickly. There was no attempt to upsell. I'll be back.

First time customer, Nissan juke brake and rotor repair. I know it's a simple repair, but they got me fixed up quickly, they were clear on price and expectations. Would recommend 10/10. read more

These guys are THE best!! They treat you like family. I know nothing about cars which can feel like a recipe for disaster in this world as a woman. They've never tried to upsell me on random things. They're kind, professional, and take amazing care of our cars. They're very fairly priced too! I'm so glad I found them. I'll bring every car to them til I die! read more

I was able to get a next day appointment for an oil change and service was done by early afternoon. Amazing customer service and pricing was cheaper than most auto service chains. Will definitely be back next time. read more

These guys are awesome. I've been coming to them with my Mitsubishi Lancer since I moved to Denver and will never go to another mechanic

New to town, needed an oil change/tire rotation. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff which I appreciated. Service was done quickly, I was able to pick up around 1:30pm. Will be back! read more

They do excellent work, communicate well, and were reasonably priced. I'm impressed to be honest. I'll be taking my personal vehicles and my work fleet in here from now on. read more

Honest and quick service. Dropped my car off at 8am, got my inspection back at 9am. Was able to call them twice to discuss my service and they weren't pushy when I said I didn't want certain things. Got my car back by 3pm. read more

My 4Runner failed emissions test so I reached out to GTAC and while it was an expensive repair (no fault of theirs... it would have been expensive regardless of where I took it), they had my vehicle back to me the next day. Not only did it pass emissions afterwards, it's running better than it ever has in the four years I've had it. Thanks GTAC!! read more

Best auto repair experience of my long life. They fit us in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The communication was excellent, prices fair and service excellent. I highly recommend! read more

Took my boyfriend's car quite a while ago in for a wheel/tire issue he had called ahead about. I wasn't really sure what was needed but knew it was like an antitheft thing on the wheel, which seems weird to me and I guess to the mechanic too. Even though it's not my car and he called ahead to the shop, they asked for details I didn't have -- but when I spoke to them, they were demeaning and I actually heard an employee in the shop through the (not sound proof) glass ridiculing the request. The only redeeming quality was the person at the desk was apologetic for what we heard and had previously noted the details necessary to get the job done from the call my boyfriend made in advance. Normally I wouldn't hold a grudge this long but every time I drive by I'm irritated by the clear prejudice. We never went back to this shop because of how they spoke about me within earshot, I'm sure it would have gone differently if *he* came instead, and I wasn't the one to run that errand that day -- ladies beware. read more

A neighbor recommended I'd go here for an oil change. Getting an appointment was easy. Dropped off my car on a Friday morning and walked home. Easy 'cause I live in the neighborhood. The team was friendly and the oil change was 30% cheaper than at the dealership. I appreciated the explanation and service we received. And, every other person dropping off and picking up that day seemed pleased as well. read more

Dave couldn't have been nicer or more fair when a miscommunication (I'm British so unfortunately there's a "common" language barrier!) led to their doing an oil change unnecessarily. The charge was removed without question - I felt like they are an honest and trustworthy establishment and I would absolutely recommend this shop and will come back for any future services. read more

I only had the opportunity to go here a couple times during our time in Denver for car needs/maintenance. As a woman, I appreciate their politeness and their approach-- I never got the vibe that they were ever trying to upsell me or rip me off. A rare, honest and reputable auto business. read more

I trust the folks over at Golden Triangle Auto Care like family! They have serviced my jeep wrangler over the span of 3 years. I've had to take my car in a whole bunch in that time. Time and time again I was grateful they were taking care of me. David, Marc and the crew are some of the best professionals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are timely, considerate, caring and NEVER take advantage of you. read more

My mom has been coming to Golden Triangle for years and recommended them to me when I had a car issue, which is how I came to be writing this review. My car battery died just before Christmas, and the kind people at Golden Triangle were able to quickly order me a new battery and replace it during a busy holiday time--all while my dead car was stuck inside of a nearby garage and without my having to have it towed to them. They also changed the car's oil and gave us an assessment of upcoming maintenance issues we might want to be watching for. It's always hard to find someone to work on cars that I trust. I don't know a lot about cars, and as a woman I think I'm often talked down to in male-dominated spaces like car repair. However, I have NEVER felt that way at Golden Triangle, and really appreciate that. I appreciate it even moreso for my mom, who is older and potentially easier to pressure into expensive things. Everyone I've worked with (David & John especially!) have been overwhelmingly kind and made me feel informed and empowered to make decisions about my car's repairs and routine maintenance. read more

I have a dinosaur of a car, 2004 Ford, I needed a 5k miles tune up and a hard request for a replacement seatbelt. I thought I would have to go to a few shops or even go to a junk yard on my days off. They took care of everything, found a seat belt in less than 1 week. Always friendly, made sure I understood what I was paying for and went the extra mile. For me this is a 5 stars local business. I will return. read more

Excellent quality. Fast service. No unnecessary upselling, but offered valuable insights on future maintenance for my old vehicle with 210,000 miles. read more

Very friendly and professional staff - David and Anthony provide honest and quick service. Their technician did an accurate analysis of my maintenance check and did not ask for any repair that wasn't necessary. I appreciated the 60,000 mile check and the great affordable price. Golden Triangle also took care of my company's fleet trucks and did a superb job of maintaining the vehicles. I would recommend this Auto Care to anyone who wants an honest, affordable place. read more

Friendly staff offering great service. Granted I only took my car in for an oil change, but everything was smooth and they're seemingly reasonably priced read more

Yikes. Stay away - had to bring in my car twice for the same issue. Mechanics left a mess under my hood - power steering fluid everywhere. Left spending twice as much as I should have - I got other bids following their first failed attempt at fixing my power steering pump. Mark up on one part was 15x what I can get it online for. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went back when they said they would "make it right" - bad idea and they charged me full price. Oh and bonus points - they spam you with texts even after you've expressed your dissatisfaction and have been asked to be removed from their lists. Hot take - they take advantage of people and assume they don't know squat. Stay away. read more

I hit a huge pothole and messed up my Rogue pretty badly. My friend Hannah highly recommended Golden Triangle AC and it was spot on. David was awesome. Answered all my questions and concerns. He talked to me before doing any repairs and replacements to see if I was ok with prices and parts. They fixed my car in a day and a half! (It would have been one day but I missed a phone call from them) They saved me $$$ and the repairs were $350 less than my deductible, so I avoided an insurance claim and rate increase. They earned their great reputation and I give them my highest recommendation. FYI: if a female speaks highly of a mechanic and shop, you go to that shop! read more

I took my 2016 Ford Transit 250 in for what I thought would be simple job, come to find out it wasn't! Anthony had me looked at within minutes of coming in and updated me on the problem and the cost. The team was very professional, thorough, and continued to follow-up afterwards to ensure there were no issues. Rarely do I leave reviews, but rarely have I had the type of service that I received at Golden Triangle Auto. read more

the only place I'll go to - it's hard to find a good and honest car shop. reasonably priced, and they never try to over sell anything. they did my brakes & have gotten my oil changed here twice now. super fast and just straight up. doesn't get better than that!!! read more

I needed a tire repaired. They helped me immediately. They were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This was amazing service! read more

The heat in my car stopped working. I took it to Golden Triangle for a diagnostic because I'm employed nearby. A few hours later I got a call from them estimating over $2,000 in repairs that were strongly suggested. Here's the kicker- they didn't even address the heat! Since it was the first time I had heard about any of the issues they mentioned, I decided to pay for the $60 diagnostic and go on my way. When I went to retrieve my car there was a clear sour attitude from the man ringing me up. On my diagnostic report they even felt the need to write in all caps that I refused service. It was a slimy, unpleasant experience that I have no desire to repeat. Fast forward a few months, I have not completed any of the repairs they claimed needed immediate attention and my vehicle is running just fine. If you have basic car knowledge and know exactly what needs to be repaired then perhaps Golden Triangle will work for you but my experience was unprofessional and disconcerting, to say the least. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. David and Marc are always kind and honest. I really appreciate the follow up text/phone call from them just to quickly check in with me after they have done work on my car and I've had it for a few days. They care about the quality of the work they do, even if it's just replacing a dead battery. I know I'll get quick, honest, and good service every time I take my car here. And not once have I felt like they were trying to upcharge or tack on any additional repairs/services that aren't totally needed. It sucks when your car needs to be serviced or breaks down, but I at least don't have to worry about where I'm taking it now!! read more

Took my car here specifying when I dropped it off I new what the check engine light signal was and that my car was overheating unrelated to the check engine Light error code they had it for 3 hour then called me back and told me what I already needed about the check engine light. When I came to grab my key I asked if they checked out anything about over heating and they looked at me confused and said "over heating" so I basically paid $130 ish for them to ignore me and tell me what I already new. But at least it didn't take long read more

I've had two oil changes since I moved to Denver and I had them both done at Golden Triangle Auto because of the good reviews. They have done a great job ensuring my car is set to go for the next six months by putting air in the tires, topping off windshield wiper fluid, checking the brakes, etc. as part of a routine oil change. Additionally, when my car's hood stopped closing, I brought it by and they quickly diagnosed the minor issue and fixed it on the spot. I'll definitely keep using their services! read more
