You said you would be able to come out on either the 29th or the 30th. When I heard nothing from you, I called on the 30th and left a message. More importantly, if you don't know who I am (?), how could you even say that "you have checked with several pool businesses and I did not pay for work done"? Totally a lie on your part and you should be ashamed of this statement. Your reviews were all excellent which is why I called you in the first place. If you want to continue to get good reviews, you better clean up your act. The new guy was inexperienced, but worse forgetful - he chronically would forget to service our separate spa even though it was within eye shot of our pool. I politely communicated these issues with the Owner and the Manager - our guy would improve for a week or two and then back to nonsense. We patiently dealt with this for months. They certainly never forgot to deduct the spa service fees from our account though. They also deducted a bill for chemicals ($190 bill) from 4-5 months prior claiming they "forgot to bill for Spring chemicals" when chemicals were supposed to be included in our weekly services. I finally put my foot down when more negligence caused an algae problem in our salt-water pool and our spa. After promises were made twice in one week with no action, apologies, more unfulfilled promises, they left us high and dry in the middle of an algae clean-up. I just had back surgery and desperately needed both my pool and jacuzzi for pain management and to potentially walk again. They knew this. Lousy way to treat long-term customers.

Called Victor on a Saturday afternoon and he was over 45 minutes later. After a diagnosis and fair quote I asked him when he could do the work. he replied the very next morning (Sunday). Long story short, once he got into it there were many other problems. One was that a valve was broken. The bad valve had been long discontinued and new available valves wouldn't fit without replacing a majority of the plumbing. Victor could have recommended that and created a much bigger job, but instead he calmly went about and located one (not an easy feat, I searched everywhere for it). Moreover, in spite of all the extra work which resulted in four separate visits, he happily stuck to his original quote. Victor is a no BS guy that puts his nose to the job and gets it done properly. He shows up at the exact minute he says he will and has a gracious demeanor. If you have a problem with your pool, trust me: Call Victor.

I reached out directly to Ryan to address these issues and never received a response. If you must do business here, I would try to work with on of their other associates. To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise.
