The instructor was patient, helpful and had good instructions. The group had many follow up questions and he explained things well. They gave us a good assortment to choose from to make the kokadama. After we finished making them, we wanted cute vases and the instructor helped us find the best fitting one for our plant. The whole store is filled with adorable plants and accessories. I walked out of there thinking I'll be able to keep my plants alive but it's a serious challenge. Overall, highly recommend taking a class from Pigment. It's a fun way to have a day date where you use your hands and enjoy their beautiful outside patio.

Then she started going pharaoh on us and he tried to return it because this is not customer service that we look for and she told him she could only do store credit and laugh in his face.
