From the moment you walked in, I was surrounded by a beautiful selection of raw stones, polished gems, and unique pieces for any type of energy work or personal collection. What really stood out to me were the stunning amethyst pieces - both the cathedral formations and the winged amethyst clusters. The wings amethysts were absolutely mesmerizing, with their intricate shapes and deep purple hues, while the winged ones felt like a work of art. I couldn't help but admire them for a while! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, offering insights into the healing properties of the crystals without being pushy. I ended up picking up a few pieces that I'm absolutely in love with and will definitely be back for more. If you're into crystals or just curious about them, I highly recommend checking out this shop. It's a peaceful, welcoming place with so much to explore, and I can't wait for my next visit! They got Amethyst mirror geode as well :)

This is not one of those gift shops. I had to stop myself before I bought the whole store. I ended up buying gifts for people 2-3 months in advance of their birthdays because I couldn't resist!! This is going to be my first stop for gifts (including for myself, oops) in SD from now on.

My friend bought an item she first incorrectly put how much you have to pay in which it was $11 and then she corrected herself and put $16 for him to pay and he made a joke saying oh can we just do the $11 and she proceeded to yell at him and threatened to kick us out of the store after he paid so that she made sure the sale went through. Then she started going pharaoh on us and he tried to return it because this is not customer service that we look for and she told him she could only do store credit and laugh in his face. We ended up leaving and we will never be returning here. I'm extremely disappointed because we are regular shoppers there and we couldn't imagine why someone would treat someone else that way.

'One size' usually does not fit anyone nicely... too large for small people, and too small for large people. It seems like just a very cheap way to go when there are whole stores of clothing offering everything in just 'one size' (and Coco Rose is certainly not the only store to do this). It is just frustrating and annoying and disappointing to see clothes you love and can afford but know the one size option is not gonna work. I can not understand why there can not be at least 3 sizes made, such as XS/S, M/L, and XL/XXL to give people more options. Other than that, its a cool store with friendly employees and decent prices for being in a tourist area.

Came in for a coffee, accidentally enrolled in a masterclass on How Not to Order Coffee…read more I ordered a cappuccino and asked for it iced. Apparently this was a deeply offensive request, because I was immediately informed, "So really you just want a short latte," followed by a staff discussion about how people don't know how to order coffee. Then, while I was simply standing there waiting for the drink I had paid for, they started making comments about me waiting. Truly fascinating. I didn't realize there was also a correct and incorrect way to stand near a coffee counter. Eventually they wrote "cap" on my cup and called it out, so I grabbed it and said, "Thanks for my short latte." For a place serving coffee, they somehow managed to make ordering one feel like an oral exam I had failed. If you enjoy being lightly bullied by your barista over espresso terminology, this may be your spot. I personally will be getting my incorrectly named beverages elsewhere.
