My kid loves rocks and so we popped in and it's such a nice shop, I was at first afraid to look at the price tags, but I was pleasantly surprised how affordable the crystals and rocks were. The shop keepers were so friendly and welcoming of us. We were also told kids get to pick out a free rock. That's so kind and generous! My kid also bought a sizable rock with a decorative metal design on it. I picked out a bracelet gift for family and also managed to find a very cool Resurrection plant that really came came back to life and went from crispy brown to green in 24 hours. I stopped in this lovely shop Saturday October 4th and I was taken in by the wonderful vibes right away! The first thing I saw was several "Crow" related items - and Crows are very high up on my Totem Pole! In fact: I believe Crows to be Alien Minds right here on Earth - and I am very fond of them. They are highly intelligent. I found many wonderful things: Jai and Alejandro were extremely helpful ... and she opened the minerals/gems case and showed me the Bismuth Crystals I was interested in - they were very affordable! She went in the back and looked for a certain type of Essential Oil for me also. Such wonderful customer service: and I want to give a shout out to both of them for making my day! I'm always a fan of this store! It's a favorite to find all sorts of crystals or metaphysical items. The staff are so friendly and welcoming to anyone with questions. They even humored me when I tried on a pair of earrings to see if my annoyingly sensitive ears would react to the metal! Some items can be a little pricey but are on the low-cost side of things when you factor in location and comparative costs to similar items. The selection is HUGE, with some of the crystals being equally as large. If you have friends that are into crystals and you need a place to shop, this is an excellent place to start, as the employees will help you find a good gift for them. Ok, so I have tried with this place several times. They have some cute things but their service clearly has some issues. When I went in with my blonde hair blue eyed husband, they were ok. I'm pretty sure we were greeted on entry and thanked for our purchase. But, on my own, I never get a greeting. At best I am ignored while others get boisterous hellos and while I watch the owner give discounts to people she likes. At worst, I am treated like a huge inconvenience for asking about a product in the case or like they're doing me a favor for selling me things. I think I will support local businesses who can manage to be friendly to everyone. Definitely the definition of bad vibes here. read more
