WHAT I GOT; -several white hydrangea 'filler flowers' with some of the requested flowers -I got a text from our Granddaughter asking if we had sent her flowers. There was a card signed by 'Mom' (which confused her mother and no one knew who the flowers were from). When I got the text of the BOUQUET photo, I asked about the flowers that were previously shown to me a day and a half prior. I was impatiently told they were too old and the bouquet was already on the truck for delivery! It was clear that it was a 'done' sale. Then she started going pharaoh on us and he tried to return it because this is not customer service that we look for and she told him she could only do store credit and laugh in his face. The flowers and the shades of color were not the same. I would prefer the website showed the difference between the levels of bouquets so that I could see the difference between the standard bouquet and the premium one I paid for. As it is, I have no idea what I purchased compared to the standard and deluxe versions. The site doesn't tell one which we are looking at.
