This is my third time here and I guess third is a charm. I recently visited here, and I have to say, I was blown away by the variety of crystals they offer. From the moment you walked in, I was surrounded by a beautiful selection of raw stones, polished gems, and unique pieces for any type of energy work or personal collection. What really stood out to me were the stunning amethyst pieces - both the cathedral formations and the winged amethyst clusters. The wings amethysts were absolutely mesmerizing, with their intricate shapes and deep purple hues, while the winged ones felt like a work of art. I couldn't help but admire them for a while! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, offering insights into the healing properties of the crystals without being pushy. I loved this store but a little feedback - when someone brings up the cards with the stones, they are wanting to take the cards home. That's why there are stacks of them next to the stone they are about.... Not only did I remind them that the cards went with my order, they still somehow didn't make it into my bag. read more

Wow! I was really taken aback by the service, really left a lot to be desired. The energy of both the employees was so ugly that I really had to take a step back and wished I had not purchased anything. Upon looking at other reviews it is evident that it had more to do with my color than my energy. We had just left Bliss and had an amazing interaction with their employee that I my energy was high but was quickly hit was so much anger and negative energy from this employee that I was taken aback. I bought a beautiful Larimar ring about a month ago and it completely fell apart and the stone fell out. I went to ask for a credit or to get a new ring and their response was "they are dainty and this happens all the time." Ok so why are you selling them if this happens all the time? The store I went into today was in Hillcrest between 4th and 5th not up north. As I couldn't seem to find a Yelp address here. The store is fairly new and I was so happy that it was open today when I decided to take a look. These stores were very popular in the 70s, 80s and the 90s and over the years I did purchase many unique pieces. The staff person Izzy was so sweet, friendly and happy to help me. I hadn't any plans purchase anything but, I did find a small lightweight beige crossover bag made out of hemp. No, I will not be smoking this. I'm surprised at the number of 5-star reviews here as the level of service I received was far, far from it. The employee pictured in someone else's review (I believe Izzy is her name) and a blonde were working tonight 11/10. Both were incredibly rude. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it's obvious when people don't want to help you. Even when attempting to pay the blonde employee rolled her eyes and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. I was polite, paid for my items and left. I am dark skinned and after reading through other reviews see that this behavior is common here. If your staff is racist and you continue to employ them after multiple customers have informed you, that makes your shop racist. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this cute shop. If you are a person of color I recommend you stay away too. read more
