On the day of our delivery, after we started filling our tub in the evening, there was water leaking from the tub. They sent a service technician the next morning who repaired a disconnected air hose. Joe, was outstanding! Found the problem, fixed it quickly and then spent extra time going over how to use the hot tub and how to add the chemicals. I spoke with Brandon and he pretty much explained to me that when rodents gets access to your internals, that issue will most likely be more specially chewed wires and such. So we opted to purchase a new hot tub and Brandon much gave us a quick course on spa 101. After it's delivery and an electrician wiring the new tub, we ran into an issue with the new tub. I spoke to Brandon and he explained that if the issue is wiring, they would have to charge us but if the issue is the tub, it would be covered by the warranty. About a week later, Silus arrive to our house to figure out the problem. He was professional and elaborate with us the procedure. Upon further inspection, he determined that one of the parts of the new tub was defective and it would be covered my warranty. Good to hear. I highly recommend these guys. We do have local spa stores near by but they have been very professional including giving advice on the DYI. Good Dudes!

We hired Capstone to renovate our pool a few years ago. The project included replacing the original…read moreplaster with PebbleTec, installing new waterline tile, and refinishing the rocks, waterfall, and slide, and new pool lights. Their office staff communicated well throughout the process, but unfortunately the workmanship has resulted in ongoing problems. They have returned approximately five times to address issues, yet we continue to have concerns. One major problem was that the area where the new tile met the skimmer box was never properly sealed, causing the pool to leak. We were told we needed to pay to have the leak detected, so we ultimately fixed the issue ourselves. The pool lights did not work. The paint used on the rocks has also proven to be very poor quality. It continually peels off, exposing the gray primer underneath, making the pool look worn despite only being a few years old. The PebbleTec finish is extremely rough--so rough that it has caused our children's feet to bleed while swimming. We expected a durable, professionally finished pool, not one that has required repeated repairs and still isn't comfortable to use. While the communication from their team was good, the quality of the work did not meet our expectations, and we cannot recommend them based on our experience.

He was able to do the whole job including installing a transformer for a modern 12v fixture. The price offered was fair. He was able to replace and fix a separate wiring issue he noticed for a small extra charge rather than having to call in other contractors or delay the work.
